Midwife's office just called and said they have to reschedule my A/S (in two weeks) because the ultrasound room is unavailable. I made the appointment two months ago. Now they don't have anything in the 19-21 week window as required. They're going to work on it and call me back. Super annoyed right now. They better solve it.
Hope they get it sorted soon! That would make me ragey

No call back and now the office is closed. I'm not pleased.
Poll for fun. Scenario: You're at the cashier at a store. You have more than 5 things in your basket. Before she starts checkout, you ask the cashier if you have the correct version of one of your items. You do not. You have to go back into the store and get it. When you return to the cashier line do you: A) Wait in the back of the line B) Cut to the front of the line
ETA: You never started checking out and other people have checked out while you went back in the store. There's only one cashier.
UO from my H: I haven't gained any weight yet this pregnancy.
I told him that this morning, and he says it makes him a little anxious. I reminded him I started out overweight and the goal was to gain 15 pounds max. I'm only at 18 weeks. Plenty of time. Plus at the last appointment my uterus is growing appropriately. My bump is coming. It's all good.
I'm in your boat. You know that. I've gained 4 pounds total at 27 weeks.
I searched but could not find anything already on this. Any recommendations for maternity work pants and pencil skirts? I got one pair of pants and a skirt from Motherhood, but they're both black. I'd love a second pair of pants and a second skirt in a different color. I need work clothes, help!
I am obsessed with my Pea in the Pod maternity dress pants from Macy's online. I got them on super good sale. They're the most comfortable.

I got my work pants from Kohls. They have their own line from motherhood. I got stupidly excited two weeks ago when they finally got in petite work pants and I didn't have to get more in the regular size and hem them

So here's what happened: She left her basket of stuff (probably 7-10 things) at the cashier and went back to get the thing she needed. The cashier rang up two people. I was next. Girl shows back up and just goes right to the cashier. I was so shocked I just stared her down and she noticed and gave a half-assed "Sorry". There were two other people in line behind me. If it was me, I would have waited in line all over again.
No, I'm not planning on it. I'll schedule a tour at some point in February or early march.
It took me forever to get a spot in the class. I figured you are prepared so you wouldn't need the classes.
I signed up for breastfeeding prep, childbirth prep, and all about infants.
I'd also like to sign up for infant CPR.
I didn't do one with J either- the hospital I had him at, the class was mostly breastfeeding related and since I wasn't breastfeeding, I skipped it. I didn't have a birth plan and only wanted us both to walk away as healthy as possible. I'm also someone who walked in to every checkup with a page long list of questions lol
I highly recommend an infant CPR class. I'm up to date currently but due for renewal in the summer... my old job offered CPR every year and tacked on infant CPR for the parents
