H and I stayed up late last night finishing nursery furniture. I can't believe how small the room is. The furniture looks ridiculous all squeezed in there but damnit I'm determined to use that glider in his room and not the living room.
We still need to paint the closet door, touch up the trim, clean up the bookshelf, and a few other things, but the big things are finally done.
My reclining glider is my favorite piece of furniture in the entire house. I don't think I would have survived 3rd tri heartburn without it.
@ akraus2015 looks great! I love the builtin cubbies on the wall. By the closet.
I love those too...they were there when we moved in. I originally wanted to use them as a bookshelf, but those baskets fit perfectly, so I think I'm going to get a few more and put one in each cubby.
I bought little stackable cubes to put books in that will double as an "end table" next to the glider so I can set a cup of tea or a nightlight while I'm nursing him.

Now that I know it's a boy, I think we are going to do an adventure/travel theme. I'm on the hunt for a cool world Atlas that will be the focal point, and then build around it from there.

I saw world map crib sheets somewhere the other day...Amazon maybe? I'll have to see if I can find them again.

xxjen015 Its actually an entertainment center that I found at Homegoods. That store is my weakness. But I saw it and decided it would be totally perfect for T!
