What are your health and/or fitness goals? I want to lose the rest of the baby weight (about 10 lbs) and then hopefully another 10, or ideally 20 pounds after that. One thing at a time.
What is your plan to accomplish your goals? I'm currently on day 7 of a 15 day fitness and eating plan tailored to pregnant and nursing moms. It's helping me reestablish a workout routine and healthy eating habits. I might repeat the same plan after this or start a new one. I'm also going to enroll in a hot yoga class with my friend.
What have you been successful with so far? I've been kicking ass with my plan and sticking really closely to the meal plan, with only small deviations (like 1 beer tonight while watching football).
What part of your plan are you struggling with? I was advised by my OB to ease off the exercise over the weekend due to some spotting (which could be AF but we're not sure yet) so that kind of sucks but hopefully I can get right back to it soon.
What can we do to help/support you? Just keep checking in! I like knowing I will be reporting on my progress to someone.

What are your health and/or fitness goals? To lose lots and lots of weight. I have ~15lbs to go still until I'm at my prepregnancy weight. After that my end goal is another 30lbs. I'll work on smaller goals though. I also plan to run a half marathon in May.
What is your plan to accomplish your goals? Any change from last week? I'm in my last week of Whole30 and just started week 2 of Bikini Body Mommy 6.0. Once I lose a little more weight I'll start running.
What have you been successful with so far? I feel like the combination of Whole30 and BBM helps keep me in line. Eating healthy makes me want to exercise and exercising makes me want to eat healthy.
What part of your plan are you struggling with? Mostly just all the cooking involved with W30.

I weighed myself today and I lost 5.4 pounds this week! I also heard from my OB and I can go back to doing my program's workouts. If I have bleeding again though, they are going to want to do an ultrasound. FX for me; I really want to keep up this exercise!
I find the name really annoying but I like her videos. It's like working out with a friend. She also has a 6 week mini challenge that I did about a year and a half ago if you're not wanting to do the 90 day one.

That's awesome danib!! I kind of wish I took some before pictures. My stomach doesn't feel as flabby either but of course the scale isn't budging. I can't say that I've been trying super hard though.

I'm still doing W30 and BBM.
Today is day 13 of BBM. I'll probably do it at nap time today. Tomorrow is my last day of W30, so technically it's a W29. My 30th birthday is on Monday and MH is taking me out to dinner, so I intend to drink wine and eat creme brule.
