Day home for Dh and baby, so I'm headed to Costco during nap time. We have the internet guy coming and I'm willing to bet it will be during nap time just to be poorly timed. Ryan's on the mend, swim class tomorrow!

Going to a family event this evening, and MIL will babysit Sunday so H and I can go out to dinner somewhere nice, just the two of us (because it's been almost a year lol) I think I want steak.
Otherwise today is another lazy day, DS cuddled with me this morning then wanted me to read him two books over and over. Then he got cranky so he's down for a nap. He's been down for almost an hour which is unusual.
I might take him for a walk but I want to back wear him and I'm not sure what coat I would wear.
Both kids have developed this uncanny ability to sense when I have just fallen asleep. And then they'll wake up. Not at the same time. One will wait until I've got the other one down and am drifting back to sleep. So that's fun.
Hey ladies! We went to the zoo this morning. They have a new indoor thing that's got lots of stuff for toddlers to do. It was ok but I don't know how often we will go. H is eating lunch and then she will be taking a nap, S is already sleeping.
Happy Friday! Except it's not all that exciting, for me anyway, just another weekend. H has a fishing thing going on this weekend with friends so he'll be pretty much occupied and non existent, that's what I'm planning on anyway.
This morning we ran to the store, did some laundry, and caught up on dishes. Crazy life we have!

Well we have faster internet and I have all the Costco ingredients for a few weeks worth of freezer meals. Nap time didn't work out so well while I was gone, so someone will be going back down in a few minutes.

We went to story time at the library and met a few mom/tot friends, then went with them to the next door bakery for a muffin. I feel like we are finally real people out in the world, lol. And Bobby did awesome. He took a long time to warm up though. Like he didn't do anything other than sit on my lap until the end when he finally crawled around and babbled. He's totally my kid, shy. But anyway, it was fun.

Morning! X slept an 8 HOUR STRETCH last night! Of course I stayed up late and didn't appreciate it, but yay! H is working from home this afternoon. X is in a total daddy-mode today and it's awesome for me.

Boo! R had that on Christmas. The tiny bottle of eye drops she was prescribed was $80 after insurance. Hope S is better soon, and nobody else catches it

Whaaaat? That's crazy. Do you at least have a lot left? Keep it for future use. That's what we did. But surely I didn't pay near that much.

Nope, it was a 3 mL bottle. It lasted a week with two drops per eye per day.

Our insurance is still messed up so I called the pharmacy to see how much the drops cost without insurance: $15, thank goodness. I didn't get it picked up today because DH worked late so I have to get it in the morning. My eyes have been feeling itchy because of course I think I'm getting pink eye (hopefully I'm not).
One of my very best friends is having a baby tonight She's 41+6. She's amazing. She was set to be induced Thursday night and started contracting on her own so they kept her at the hospital, but she didn't make enough progress overnight. So today they started pitocin and she's been waiting... I'm wracked with anxiety and excitement and I'm dying to hear news!! Also, we don't know what she's having which is killing me, haha. It's giving me all the baby feels!! Aaaaaahhhhhh ❤👶
