dogmama22 - The Spectra is the pump I want right? I know the S1 has the battery pack which I'm fine without. S2 or S9? I'm putting in my request with Blue Cocoon right now.

Yes Spectra. I've only heard about the S1 and S2. I think they talked over options with vlagroupie, so they'll probably call you.

I called blue cocoon to ask them. They didn't actually call me. After I submitted online I got an email from medsource asking for more info. I just corresponded with someone via email and they sent directly to me.

Thanks. Guess I'll find out soon enough.
I hope you get it. I waited to till last min this baby to submit for it. With N I called earlier and they told me I had to call back, I think like a month or so before due date but who knows.

Every plan is different. Even with my same employer, I had a diff plan with 1 than 2. My first plan let me order my pump 1/ year if pregnant or BF- anytime. Second plan said only one per child- and order in third tri.
And omg. DD is a mess tonight. When I picked her up from the sitter, she said DD was not nice today, pushing, stealing toys, being mean to her friends. And she's been a hot mess so far tonight. I am not sure if it's just a bad day or if something like her ears hurt and she's just taking it out on the world
Which would you get S1 or S2? I'm leaning to a spectra instead of PISA
I got the s2, but kinda wish I had got the s1 bc of the battery pack so I have the option. I have a PISA too that my sil got and never used. The spectra is really light and relatively quiet compared to the medela, and has a timer on the screen which I like. I had heard good things about the spectra which is why I got it and haven't been disappointed so far. Only thing is I have so many of the medela bottles and flanges. But I just got some adapters so I can use the medela bottles with the spectra.

Sorry that's my life with DD like almost every day, she's so sassy and I can't figure out why she acts like that most days.

I requested the S2 today as well. I've heard a lot of positive things about the Spectra. I also like that it's a closed system as opposed to the open system Medela's.
vlagroupie - I have a single side Medela as well as a manual Medela. It has the option to use with batteries and I have a shit ton of spare parts. I'm holding on to it in case I need to use it for whatever reason or whichever parts I can use with an adapter, but everything else I'm willing to give away.

I have so many medela bottles and now flanges thanks to becole. I think I'm set on pump parts for a while.

Sorry We've definitely had days like that for no apparent reason. If it's any consolation, we never had two of those days in a row. So hopefully tomorrow will be better.

Wow I wish it was only 2 days of misbehavior around here. It's been like 2 weeks of N crying over everything and I mean everything. Today was the first day she was actually well behaved--no idea what was different but I'll take it.

Oh I don't mean he's an angel every other day. I'm just thinking of the days I have to sign a report at DC for hitting or throwing toys because it's so bad.
One day last week the report said the teacher tried to talk to him in the "quiet center" about his behavior and he ran away and started throwing things yelling "I'm being nice!" I was OMG I'm so sorry
