We probably will. I honestly haven't really thought about it. We told our families over Christmas. Social media...maybe after the anatomy scan we'll do something? Or just post some pics after he/she arrives?

I was on Pinterest looking at Valentines Day announcements yesterday...still undecided if I'll do it then or that Friday before. I'll be 14 weeks on V-day.

I've started letting it leak out. I haven't really announced per-se, but enough people are asking me to do long term things that I want them to know why I can't. I've also let the principal at one school know, but will officially announce there later. I'm not sure how yet. I've told close co-workers at my other program, but I'm not officially out there yet either. I dread the school announcements, because the kids will basically just follow me around and yell over each to make sure I know what they think I should name it.

My husband wants to wait until after the NT scan to send N to school in his big brother shirt, if it fits. It's handed down from when we had D wear it to announce N, but D was only 1.5 and N is 2.5.

Our families already know. I called my mom after I took the fancy test to confirm what the dollar store tests were telling me. So I guess the only thing left is giving my mom the go ahead to share with extended family and her friends. She's really good about waiting. And social media. I did a fake but real April fools announcement last time, but I know how controversial those can be so I'm not sure if I should do that again.

Idk. After our NT scan if everything is okay we will tell my family. We won't announce anything publicly until march at least. February is a shitty month for me bc it's my due date month and I have a lot of feels, so I don't want to talk about another pregnancy when I'm grieving my first baby.

I have an idea of getting the "you're looking at a rainbow" shirt and once I have a belly, wearing it and taking a pic in it and posting that on ig / fb. But idk if I will. I have lots of weird feelings about announcing, clearly. My pgal brain is just a mess.

We are announcing to our families on February 12 (I'll be a little over 12 weeks)-I know, everyone online is shocked we haven't told them yet but....PAIF brain over here.

We will probably announce to everyone else by the end of February. I have several ideas. I bought one of those skeleton shirts and the baby has a crown on it's head (last name King) and I thought that would be a cute way to do it but who knows

We announced to our immediate family last week. We won't do a Facebook announcement, but may send out cards to other family and friends. Off to Etsy I go!

Yup. DH is gone, which sucks. But I'm getting pictures taken. DD will hold a 1 balloon. DS will hold a 2 balloon. And I will hold a 3 and 4 balloon..... I have a picture, like an example, but I have no clue how to post pictures!.... We'll announce after genetic tests are in.

We've told some people (like my parents and sister and a couple of real close friends who also knew about our IVF rounds) early on, and I had to tell my direct supervisor & boss due to liability etc (I work at the hospital). These past couple of weeks I started telling my collegues at work cause it was just easier for the whole department to know.. By now we have also told a couple more friends. Once we feel more comfident we probably will let it leak out properly to friends and family etc - but I doubt there'll be an actual announcement. Though I'm thinking of perhaps making something like a digital card of sorts that I can send to some people that I would like to update on things but don't feel like talking to in person.

eta: With our first pregnancy I was all excited and had all kinds of ideas for a big announcement. I wanted to do something with a U/S picture, a calender and some baby item, lil socks or booties or such. I still have a (now hidden) pinterest board with ideas. Fast forward and after 2 losses and IF, it's just all different. PgAL and PAIF brain took all the fun out of everything to do with fun and happy announcements.

eta2: I however love reading about all your ideas so keep um coming - I look foward to the AW announcement thread

Telling her today at breakfast. Schedules got all messed up. Her Big Sister shirt arrived today and she'll wear it Monday to school. Thanks for asking!!
