HUMP DAY!!

Busy day! We went to playgroup and then came home for lunch and naps. DD had a bit of trouble falling asleep but once she did she slept for almost 2.5 hours in her crib. Making a lasagna for dinner.

Oh, britta, that is just horrible. My heart is broken for them and I don't even know them. That's very nice of your hubby to donate PTO to him.

I have been non-stop busy that past few days. I have 14 projects going on right now - that is insane. In the 8 years I've worked here, I think this is a personal record for number of open and active projects at the same time. Back to work.

If you are, then I'm straight up unfit. I play with DS1 verrrrry rarely. Like, on occasion I'll color or build a Lego tower, but for the most part, I have him play independently. I'm trying to be better about it, but it's just not something I enjoy (attempting to understand how to "play" construction worker, etc I mean).

Last week while we were in the midst of all the sickness here, MH txt from work that he sent one of his coworkers home puking. I was like, "OMG! Don't bring that home!! Wash your hands!" Then this week she came out to the group that she's pregnant, so MH txt me that. I was like, "Yay!!" and then I was like, "OMG don't bring THAT home either!"
