Not a product, but prenatal massages - you want to get as many as you can afford!
Post pregnancy, definitely invest in a postpartum belly band. It will help with diastasis recti.
Is that kinda like the compression band that you wear after a c-section? I will be having another c-section this go around, and am looking for something that will help with support. Any recommendations?

Yes. I had a c section as well and this helped so much, but I was lazy and stopped wearing it before I should have. I'm kicking myself now because I still can't do a sit up.
I went to a maternity store and tried on several different ones, so I'd recommend doing that around 2 weeks after birth. You won't really be able to wear it before then anyway. I can't remember the brand/name of the one I got, but it looks kinda like this one.

I just picked up the generic store brand version of sea bands bc my nausea and actual vomiting (not just dry heaving) is getting worse, not better. I really hoped it would but as my MIL says, at least it keeps my pgal brain sane, knowing I have the symptoms.
Has anyone every bothered with these? Currently they are just annoying my arms. But we will see. I'm willing to try anything at this point.*
*anything that won't hurt, only could help or be pointless.

Wait, did they not give you a band in the hospital after your last c? Or did they, but you're looking for a better one?
I bought one ahead of my induction, planning to wear it PP regardless. I actually wore the one the hospital gave me more than the one I bought, but I had/have the exact same one that mrshall1027 linkied.
They did not give me one in the hospital. 😢 A-holes.

I had them last time. They did nothing for me. Diclegis is definitely helping me this time. Maybe ask your OB for some?
wanderingstar & mrshall1027 -- that is insane to me. They put mine on immediately after stitching me up. I can't imagine having to move around -- at all -- those days in the hospital without a binder. Like, I'm really annoyed for the both of you.
I'm delivering at a different hospital this time, so I'll definitely ask about it. My incision ended up opening and getting infected, which was extremely painful. I would very much like to avoid that this time around!

I already did diclegis and it did nothing but snow me out. I'm on zofran and it helps but I'm still puking first thing in the morning after not eating for six+ hrs bc of being asleep, so I figured maybe if I wear these at night it'll help with the morning puking. I even have a small snack before I get out of bed and I'm still puking or if I go longer than three hours between food, so I'm trying anything.
addymac With both pregnancies I've had severe morning sickness that got worse over time. Last pregnancy, I was on zofran alone in the beginning which wasn't enough, but zofran and reglan made it manageable for me. The sea bands didn't help unfortunately. I hope they work for you, but if you're still struggling maybe the reglan could be another option?
I went through diclegis and a few other meds I forgot the names of, only the zofran/reglan combo worked for me.

I am also going to a different hospital this time, and I will also ask! Sorry you had your incision get infected, mrshall1027 that is awful! Hopefully the binder helps this go around.

So sorry to hear that even on meds you still throw up. Like you I eat a little something before going to bed, but I also have a pack of biscuits next to my bed and in the bathroom so that whenever I get up to go pee (which is like twice a night atm) I can nibble on a biscuit and keep something in my stomach overnight as well. Basically I'm eating something, even if tis just one cookie, every so many hours. Seems to help with my nausea in the morning.
1. + infinity to a snoogle. I've had that thing in our bed for almost two years now. LOLOL to only using it until PP time. Nope. Too attached.
2. With IF history, and PAIF brain, I have a doppler. It's the only way I kept/can keep my sanity until there is regular movement. Recommend the super popular sonoline B.
3. This is for later down the road, but especially since we will be battling the summer heat + third tri at the same time, get yo' self some compression socks. By week 32, at the end of the day, my H and I would affectionately refer to my feet as "my sausages". The swelling is no. joke.
Also, I'm semi-pumped that the bigger parts of our pregnancies will take place during the warmer months. There is something to be said about sundresses and sandals when you're KU. No thank you to having to buy a bunch of pants and closed toed shoes .. espesh for work.
I was just talking to MH about how I liked being pregnant over summer rather then winter.. Somehow being able to dress up in skirts and dresses and wear sandles etc while in the last months of my pregnancy seems more appealing then having to find comfortable warm pants and clothing and jackets and shoes.. not to mention a lot more expensive as well! I just hope we won't have to many heatwaves over summer... no A/C here and the bedroom tends to get crazy hot after a few really hot days. Though we're thinking of moving from the master bedroom in the attic to the big bedroom on the second floor (so I don't have to walk two flights of stairs to get to bed, and no longer need to go down and up the stairs to go to the bathroom in the middle of night) and I may invest in a small A/C unit then...
As for the doppler.. I really want to get one and at the same time it scares me a little. We have yet to hear the hb of baby, so far only have seen it on U/S so I honestly don't know what to expect (I just know how my own heart sounds from numerous heart echos I've had over the years heh).. nor how to use the doppler LOL. I think for as long as I'm okay without, I'll leave it be but I can always buy one later! Just don't want to add more anxiety to my already anxious self I guess.
I've heard so many things about the snoogle now... gonne see if they sell those here as well!
Okay y'all - so I looked for the Snoogle pillow. Bad news; not for sale in my parts of the world. BUT I could of course get it of Amazon.com (in hopes shipping isn't too ridiculous.. I haven't looked yet but am fearing the worst LOL). Thing is.. which one should I get?! there's several different kinds??

You might be able to find just a body pillow without the name brand attached...I think I remember seeing some for much cheaper than a Snoogle. I can't attest to the quality though.
