So much schoolwork to do. Eure appointment this morning, then we're going to brunch. After that I'm sitting myself in the computer room for a while to work on school stuff. Super exciting.

Enjoy your brunch and I hope your school work goes quickly ampaints. We switched DS to a new daycare and I'm worried we made a mistake. The first day he barely ate and was crying at pickup but they said he just started crying when other kids were leaving. Day 2 I picked him up and they said he had a much better day. Day 3 DH picked him up and apparently he seemed sad a lot and cried according to the teacher because DH asked about a red spot by his eye. He has been sick so that confounds things. He is usually pretty adaptable to new situations though. How long do I give it before we think it may be more than just a rough transition?
Someone is finally coming this morning to buy DS' loft bed. So we may go shopping with the money for a bed for him today. Or we may just be lazy and move the guest bed into his room.
Also, if you have littles or want more littles don't be an idiot like me and buy the big a loft bed. So that you can constantly be paranoid about the little climbing up and flinging herself off. lol such a bad idea.
flippinchica, I'm sorry DS has had a rough few days. We switch in two weeks and I'm afraid it will be the same with N. I think ~2 weeks is a normal adjustment period. I hope it gets better soon.
Hi ladies! Just popping in to say hi. I miss you gals! I hope things have been well! Jake's great! I can't believe our littles are +/- a year and a half old. I almost typed "pooping" instead of "popping" bc we've been potty training Jake so I type "poop" a million times a day! LOL
Morning! A slept in today...and peed all thru her diaper and over her crib. We just moved her into 4s, but this is the second time it has happened this week...so I'm thinking we may need to try 5s for overnight. Eek!
Book club this morning at Panera. I'm looking forward to their hazelnut coffee and artichoke quiche. Other than that, and watching the Superbowl tomorrow, I have no plans this weekend.
flippinchica, sorry your transition is rough. My A cried every day I dropped her off for about 2 weeks in the beginning. And went thru another phase of crying a few months later. These days she doesn't blink an eye, and is so busy having fun she barely acknowledges me when I go to pick her up. I hope your DS adapts quickly!
tuscanlatte, making a mental note to never buy a loft bed.
abominationsnowman, your to do list today sounds daunting. Take it easy on yourself!
hiimjamie, lol to pooping in to say hi. You should have left it like that. Also, A peed on the potty for the first time this week. It surprised both of us - we only set her there for a few seconds a day to start getting used to it, we're not actually training yet.

Hi! We're about to start potty training too. Let me know if you have any tips!
@janetheconquerer, someone made me a bulletproof coffee once, and I think they actually used a little milk frother (the stick kind— you can buy them at IKEA) to almost "blend" it, which somehow took away the oiliness. It does have a different taste though. Not bad, but different.
shellyr, thinking of your family— hope your dad is doing a little better today.
We just did art and swim classes. Going to head to the farmers market soon, and then I need to get a run in at some point.

ars093s, I may not get past the swim lesson. I have to hang out in the pool with DS2 and DS3, while DS1 has his swim lesson. It's snowing and the pool is always cold AF. H is working all day, so I'm going to mostly focus on the not dying part. layloo08, I just switched to tylenol. Whoops and thank you. So much has changed in the recommendations in the last five years.
