amberlie that's too cute! I can't imagine M ever falling asleep when food is around. I swear he doesn't stop eating! Lol. I hope everyone at your house starts to feel better.

Oh boy, I was more traumatized than him. He screamed out, I think because it scared it, cried a few seconds in my arms but went right back to sleep. He slept the rest of the night no problem. Me not so much, I was waiting for another thud!
His crib is on the lowest setting. We are heading out this weekend to buy DD a new bed so we can transition DS to her toddler bed. WAY earlier than I anticipated. Here's to hoping no more climbing until we can transition him.
I'm pretty sure I just sat across from Alfred Enoch (Wes in How To Get Away with Murder; also in HP movies) on the subway. He smiled at me. :-)
That's cool!
Also, this reminds me I have a subway random: My boss is in NYC today and called me to request an Uber for him (he's selectively tech deficient). The person he was with told him he should take the subway instead, to which he responded he "didn't know how to subway". This is someone who's been to NYC literally hundreds of times (at least twice a month for the past decade) and it had never occurred to him before to try the subway.
I decided to go ahead and change my thesis topic. Nothing like a little more stress, but I think I'll enjoy writing the paper more. Now to read, read, read and finalize my thesis.

This is us too! A has never fallen asleep at mealtime (except at my boob as a newborn). Food is her happy place.
redandblueRandomName E has only fallen asleep like this twice ever. Twice in the past 2 weeks and never before. Both days when there was too much going on for a solid nap.
@janetheconquerer I accidentally made a recipe that was enough for like 6 people lol

A is only happy when all of the following are happening 1) she must be wearing her Candy Corn striped winter hat 2) she must be sitting on my lap 3) I must not touch her 4) she has given me a single boot to wear and will not allow me to remove it.
Ok, kid.
You have way more patience than I do! Maybe I'm a mean mom, but I'd be like, sorry kid, and then ride out the tantrum, lol.
Fact: the sound of your baby falling over the rail of his crib in the middle of the night is terrifying.
How he managed to climb out with a sleep sack on is beyond me...
I can't even imagine how terrible that was. I hope he's okay and that there is no more climbing until you can transition him to a bed. And how is it even possible to climb out with a sleep sack? You've got one talented kid!
I'm just catching up here... @janetheconquerer, im laughing out loud about your H getting d*ck, but seriously I hope your LO's ear infection gets better quickly and your insurance works out.
45thparallel, yikes to the baby's fall. I would flip out too (no pun intended). I'm glad he's ok.
