I am going on a week long work trip next week, and my anxiety it picking up. My best way to deal is preparation, so any tips are appreciated.
DS is 9 months old, EBF. I pump at work, but have never exclusively pumped before. I plan to pump 6 to 7 times a day, he nurses more than that, but at night it is more for comfort. I just don't want to lose my supply.
I want to donate what I pump through Human Milk for Human Babies, but I take Welbutrin for anxiety, and I am worried this this may disqualify me from doing that. I don't want to announce on a public Facebook page that I am on anxiety medication, but I don't want to deceive anyone either. I have no interest in trying to fly with a week's worth of pumped milk. I have enough of a stash, I would much rather just donate.
I am sure that I will bring some milk back with me, so I will have a cooler bag, and put some ice in it.
Any EPing, donation, or flying with BM tips are greatly appreciated.
regarding donating to HM4HB, i would just say in your post that you are on a maintenance medication, and you can provide more details via private message or email.
