My mom is a hoarder and recently forced a bunch of her craft stuff on me (no complaints here!) but I can't identify what these things are.
They are little pieces of (I think) plastic. They are about the size of a sugar crystal. They are rounded like a bead- but no holes to string things through. I can't decide if I'm supposed to glue them to things like glitter, or melt them into a design, or what. They come in little baggies separated by color.
I'm going to work on adding a pic but that's new to me so it might take a bit.
Almost certainly the little melty "beads" you use in suncatcher kits (or in a cookie cutter or whatever).
If you can try them first in a toaster oven outside or in a garage, though, do that- JIC. They are pretty gross smelling when they melt, and if they're not meant to be used that way, they'll probably be even worse. Then the "glue them to stuff" will work, I guess- LOL.
