I thought I was going to have a chill day at work and would get to hang out here a lot and make some updates to my baby registries. Nope. The girl I've been training to do my work while I'm out on leave is here today and now I'll be stuck actually working and training her. Boooo for an easy Friday turning into one filled with way too much work.
Bleh. Parking lots are awful after the snow and... Why the fuck do people not clear all the snow off their damn cars after a storm? Driving after a snowstorm 101: clean off all the damn snow so it doesn't fly off onto other cars. Idiots

Pet peeve of mine too! It's tough enough driving after a big snow, I don't also need it obscuring my vision because you were too lazy to brush off your car.
I feel like at one point Chicago wanted to put a law in place about that.
H's fever was gone this morning and he felt fine, so he's at work. Meanwhile, I'm back to feeling like death. At least the universe switches off? It usually gets better throughout the day, which is good since I'm meeting a friend later. I've basically become a hermit since getting pregnant and people are noticing. I just want to sit on my couch and watch Frasier reruns, ha.
Today should be a fairly good day at work, and tomorrow is our birth class! Much excite.
MH said he would make me breakfast this morning...over an hour ago...but has made no moves to make it happen. I'm about to just shovel everything i can get my hands on into my face. He does not get pregnancy hungry...and how quickly it becomes pregnancy hangry.
TTC since July 2014. CP March 2015. IVF #1 March 2016, 5R, 3M, 2F with ICSI. Transferred 2 on day 3. CP. Surprise BFP and then CP August 2016 (prep cycle for IVF). IVF #2: zero eggs retrieved IVF #3: 6R, 5M, 5F, 3 (2 8A and 1 11A) transferred, one "B" graded embryo frozen on day 5. BFP (at home 7dp3dt, confirmed 14dp3dt with 1552 beta) and U/S at 5w5d, 2 sacs and 2 yolks!
wannabmama, I feel like your H needs some "how to have a pregnant wife" training. I'm happy to have H call, since I've had months to put the fear of god into him.

Woke up with a sore throat. Boo. Hopefully this doesn't turn into anything. No big plans today. My house is a mess, but has been all week so maybe I'll try to change that.

I keep trying to find a way to hook him up with other to-be dads to learn these things. He's been great about some things, but just does not get how when I need food, I need food now. Plus, I was just going to make oatmeal but he teased egg and cheese sandwiches, my favorite, so I was holding out for those!

This isn't going to make me look great, but the only thing that got through to H is him seeing exactly what happens when I don't get food (and this was true years ago, because I have weird blood sugar). Are you nice and just get it for yourself? Because I shut down completely, get very short, etc. There's little H won't do to avoid how I am when hangry.

I'm really tired of gagging on my toothbrush. Every. Time. I. Brush. Today I took the risk and really went after my back molars because they've been neglected and promptly vomited. Ugh.

It is actually illegal in certain towns of our state. I saw one today with the entire back window covered in 2+ inches. Another that had 6 inches on the roof. Regular sedans, not SUVs with areas you can't reach

MH learned this real quick. As did I though. If I don't eat pretty much right away, I feel super sick.

FFFC, Even though I live in the desert, my nose likes to stay slightly runny. Which is really annoying. I ended up buying a pack of handkerchiefs, and now I have one in almost every coat pocket. They are so much better than tissues!

H took my pregnancy hunger very seriously but I would always eat a light breakfast before he made me something on the weekends or even before going out to breakfast/brunch because I couldn't wait and I would be hungry again by then anyway.

I'm an 80 year old man apparently.
We moved away from paper towels about 3 years ago and at the same time I also bought cloths to replace tissues. It's been amazing. I end up having one in every coat pocket all winter.

Quoting myself: I bet this is a FFFC/UO to not use paper towels or tissues. My H thinks the tissues are gross.

Morning! I'm up and headed to work finally, but I still feel like death.
FFFC: Probably leaving work early again today and skipping the work party because I still don't feel good, but it would take an actual plague to get me to cancel all the fun plans I have for tomorrow.
I'm really tired of gagging on my toothbrush. Every. Time. I. Brush. Today I took the risk and really went after my back molars because they've been neglected and promptly vomited. Ugh.
My Mom said brushing her teeth was one of her triggers when she was pregnant with me. So far so good here!

I almost lost it on this idiot last night because he only cleared enough so he could see out his windshield. He was doing 35 on the on ramp at 24....i was screaming.
I'm still sick and have one clogged ear...it's been two weeks!! I don't feel horrible, but just bad enough that I have no energy to do anything. Unfortunately I don't feel bad enough to just do nothing...so I feel like I'm going to be stuck in between forever!
