omg mommabakes, the Paella is my favourite. I made it for the first time at Thanksgiving one year and used chorizo, shrimp, scallops, pickerel, and chicken (lol). It sounds like insanity but gah it's amazing.
I'm doing: - BBQ pulled pork - Creamy tuscan garlic chicken - jalapeno cornbread and wings - homemade pizza - French dip sandwiches - Smokies and rice pilaf
Not super healthy over here either, but here goes: M: pozole verde with all the toppings (cream, radish, avocado, etc) T: meatloaf and baked potatoes (special Valentine's Day meal for DH-it's his favorite) W: ravioli and some veggie (roasted broccoli maybe) R: leftovers or maybe baked rockfish if we still have some in the freezer F: hot dogs and tots
