I crave it off and on but never eat it.. I'm not a vegetarian. 😛
Yesterday we decided we are going to Banff for a couple days next week. We live 7 hours from the Rockies and have only been to Jasper... it will be our last trip before baby arrives. Plus I've never been, so it should be good!

Omg dannigirl you are the second person today telling me they're going to Banff and I have the most amazing memories from a spa I went there as a teen. If you can, I remember this spa being so amazing though you might not be able to do everything. (I specifically remember different steam rooms with all different aromatherapies.) Granted this was like 17 years ago! Have fun!
We just had an impromptu dinner with my bff, her husband, and their 3yo. It was fun but I'm sooooo full! Super excited that we don't have any real plans tomorrow except a couple small house projects but nothing major.
Me: 32, Wife: 38, Together for 5 years, Married for 2 years IUI #1 (8/2016): Letrozole, Ovidrel, Crinone = BFN IUI #2 (9/2016): Letrozole, Ovidrel, Endometrin = BFP!! EDD 5/26/17
Any suggestions on things to do or places to eat in Banff??? I hear the spas are amazing there, but I'm not really into that and actually hate, people I don't know, touching me. lol. So I'm not one for getting massages and stuff like that. Though that would be something I should be doing right now.. my body hurts. I'll be 32 weeks when we leave for the trip, so I'm sure a lot, like hiking and horseback riding are out. Though Jo would never go horseback riding.. she's afraid of horses.
I've never been to Banff but it's on my list of places I'd like to go. Let us know how it is!
Sitting in the car with a sleeping M. She fell asleep on our way home from swimming and has been sleeping for 2 hours. When this girl is tired and in the car, there is very little that will keep her awake. CET was super sweet and has been in the car for most of her nap while I did a bunch of things in the house (laundry, organized our pantry, roasted squash, made soup, took out the trash and recycling). We just switched. I'm thinking she should wake up at some point soon.
We still need to order a bookcase for M's room. We've been procrastinating for a long time.
I feel like I have no mental bandwidth for holidays since M was born. I've been failing at getting packages together for the smaller holidays like Halloween, Easter, and Valentine's Day. A friend is organizing a group on Facebook that's encouraging people to make a donation to an organization they care about in exchange for buying flowers.
I've been listening to the Rachel Maddow podcast. The more I learn, the more frustrated/scared I am.
2brides, I hear you re having house guests. It's nice and all but it does influence your usual routine. At least that's the case for us.

Ah man!!! Well that's too bad. I guess I'll just have to google some places. lol
Side note about the weekend... I had my first pregnancy craving.. almost 31 weeks in... I wanted French Vanilla ice cream! Jo asked me if I wanted it right then.. needless to say she made a quick trip to the store after the look I gave her. lol
And it was delicious! Though I think all I wanted a small scoop and that's it... now we have a big container of it in the freezer... Lol
