Not sure what time DD officially woke up, but I woke up around 7:45 to her talking in bed. I think I'm going to do a crockpot dinner tonight. Counting down until H is home so I can get a break
DH brought home mcdonald's breakfast. So bad....so good. Need to get groceries and run to Target before it snows again. Just got a message from DS'S teacher wondering if there will be school tomorrow.
Hanging with the kids while my H goes to get us breakfast from our favorite donut place.
Taking my oldest to see the new Lego movie today. Our theater just finished renovations to put in the reclining seats. Love it, just wish they hadn't have jacked up the prices, too.
I'm at work watching the heavy snow fall. There is a winter advisory/snow emergency in place until late tomorrow night 😩 I'm hoping I don't get mandated to stay at work for tonight. It all depends on the number of call outs for the evening shift. FX.
Is it spring yet? We're getting ready for yet another snowstorm and feeling something like this right about now.
Same here 😩 Make it stop. I guess DD will actually get use out of her snow gear this year as she didn't need it last year since it was so mild. Silver lining?

Im doing my one hour glucose test now. Last pregnancy I was so nauseas my h basically dropped me in the chair for them to take my blood. This time is already going better. I drove myself here woo!
We are going out of town to watch my BIL's play. We are meeting my in laws for lunch before and then going out for dinner with Mh's grandma after. So much food.
cp3, ds often requests regular food for breakfast. If I have it, I do it, because he stays fuller longer then. Plus, not worth a fight. Doubt I'd be cooking up a chicken though lol.
I had to kick mh out of our room in the motn because he was snoring so loud.
The worst! I've had to leave the room a few times as my "gentle" attempts of "nudging" him to change positions failed. I want him to get those nose strips.

She's obsessed with chicken and rice and will always request that. And every day I ask her what she had for lunch at daycare and it's always chicken and rice. Which isn't true. But she loves it and will eat a ton when she does get it.
I'm making oven bacon because of you guys. I mentioned it to MH the last time it was discussed here and we made it that way and it comes out way better.

I'm trying to see it the same way. We passed last year's snowpants on to our nephew with the tag still on because it just didn't snow enough to use them.
Yup same here. Brand new expensive snow boots never worn from Stride Rite. Was able to sell them but didn't get anything close to what I paid for them. I guess it's better than just sitting there though.
I'm up, but laying in bed. We had the best time wine tasting yesterday. So much good food too. We have spa treatments in an hour, then lunch, then heading home. I wish we had one more night.
While y'all deal with biters and hitters, I've got a licker. SO FUCKING GROSS.
+1. DD has never bitten, and rarely hits, but she's obsessed with trying to lick me. She's tricky, too! Telling me she wants to give me a kiss on the cheek and then sticking her tongue out at the last second.
Sorry you're dealing with it as well, but I am happy to know I'm not the only one.
I have a haircut scheduled at a somewhat fancy salon today. I'm, of course, starting to chicken out. My hair is thick and long (past my boobs) right now and I've been talking about getting a lob forever.
Someone tell me to just do it
Do it! I have crazy thick hair and a lob is the best length I've ever had. So much easier to manage

So I got Reese a new bathing suit last night--we are going to Florida in April. It is turquoise and mermaid "scales" appear on it when it gets wet. She is currently in the shower with the bathing suit on testing it out.
Would it be a faux pas to have a housewarming party for a 2nd house? When we bought this house we had just gotten married and didn't have one if that matters.
I'm firmly in the throw a party whenever you want camp. Just don't set up a registry
