RandomName, now my entire body hurts, lol. But it started to feel better.
Seriously, I yawned and the muscle by my shoulder blade pulled through my upper back. I was like, you've got to be kidding me. And it HURT. I couldn't move for a minute and it hurt to turn the wheel. But i was determined to work out.
runningmommy519 - Crackers, cheese sticks, halos/cuties/mandarin oranges, raw carrots, yogurt, animal crackers, cereal, puffs, fruit/veggie pouches, celery, and I hate to admit this, but I buy the small things of lunchables (not the ones with the cookies) and she loves the cubed ham/turkey. I really need to stop being lazy and just buying a small ham steak and cubing it up by myself. Otherwise, she LOVES fruit: grapes, bananas, and blueberries are my go to.

I started working about a half hour earlier. I really like DC is going to send DS1 home today. There is a stomach bug going around. He looked like he had a fever (flushed) but he didn't. He's acting fine but my spidey sense is tingling.
skinandbones - K is the same way. Not a big meat eater. Sometimes eats chicken nuggets, but the cubed ham and turkey is a big hit. Seems like it has to be cubes though.

I think I'm going to take E out of the house today. He seemed pretty good yesterday. Both him and S1 are still asleep. I need to get S1 up soon because the bus comes in a little over an hr.
What are some of your snacks that you give your A15 baby? E is wanting to eat all day long the last few days (growth spurt) and I need some healthy ideas. i don't think i should be giving him fruit loops and teddy grahams all the time. I just gave him some yogurt and cottage cheese but what else besides fruit?
I recently discovered that P loves chickpeas. I usually toss them in a little lemon juice, olive oil and tahini but she will eat them straight up too. She also loves hummus so I guess this makes sense.
I also do savory yogurts for her (mixed with veggies). I usually mix my own, but I do see savory yogurts at the grocery too.
And pasta salad made with penne or rotini that has the added veggies.
ampaints lots of good thoughts and prayers for you and Naria today! I'd love to be able to share a BMB with her.
Today I'm signing off work early to go to a viewing for my coworker who recently passed away. A bunch of my coworkers will be there so I am anxious since I know I'll probably be a mess - I cry really easily. I'm hoping having DH and O there with me will help with the emotions.

That chickpea idea is genius! E is also a hummus lover.

I *think* I'm caught up now. Happy Wednesday everyone! I've been under the weather (and so was Poppy) and a little overwhelmed with work but feeling better today. I did have some delicious dark chocolate cake and coconut-vanilla ice cream last night for V-Day. Hopping back on the healthy train today.
Taking P to her 18 month appointment in about 30 minutes. How are our LO's 18 months?! And then I was supposed to head to a conference but I think I am going to skip the first day to finish up on all of my work, and just go Thursday and Friday. It's in NYC, so it's not like I've traveled somewhere and then am not showing up.
MH and I got into a fuss this morning. It was so stupid. He is off (usually) in Wednesday's but he has to go in today to have a convo with one of his workers. He asked me to take N to school but I said no because it's raining. He doesn't have hair that can get messed up and he's just going into work for 30 minutes or so. I have to be at work alllll day and my hair will easily get messed up. It's dumb but I'm annoyed he didn't get it.
