icedtea yeah, a gallon. I had her check my leg because of some pain I was having and a missed aspirin dose. I figured it was a Charlie horse but better safe than sorry. She got on to me for being dehydrated and told me I need to drink a gallon of water/fluids a day and up my magnesium. I've been so thirsty lately, too, so I probably do need to get closer to the gallon mark. However, do not want to be up peeing all night. Bleh
Mine goes to my mid-back right now and this postpartum hair loss has almost been enough for me to want to chop it off. Shedding shorter hair would be less gross to me than shedding my really long hair! I just always regret it when I cut it so I'm just dealing with the long hair everywhere.
I've definitely worried about the possible postpartum loss.
I don't know if it actually helps or not, but supposedly, if you continue your prenatals, it'll help with reducing hair loss. Supposedly.
I don't know if I believe it but figured I'd pass it on
I'm not all caught up akraus2015 but it is ridiculously easy to get dehydrated in pregnancy and when you are starting to get dehydrated, it can really irritate your uterus. The amount of water we actually need while pregnant is stupid high. So, do not feel bad.
In my first pregnancy, I didn't have any issues with dehydration. This pregnancy, I was telling my doctor how I was concerned about irregular contractions and a few other things--the cure was to drink more water. I was like, "these motherfuckers are not taking me seriously" but after drinking 5 bottles of water, everything was better and no more of that issue okay then.
Pregnancy is a learning experience, even if you have done it before. You are doing great and that nurse needed to calm her tits a little.

I know water is so important. I need to get a lot better about drinking more. I even have little stickers in my planner to track my intake...
Oh she says I can just fly. And my sister's doctor can deliver the baby. And my husband can make trips back home a few times if he needs to tend to his business. She's got it all figured out.
Guys, my mom thinks that it is perfectly reasonable for me to give birth near where she lives, which is 6 hours away from where we live. She had mentioned it once casually but now her friend also suggested it so now she thinks this is normal. Who the fuck would do that?! I'm trying to take deep breaths.
Do you have helicopter money? If so totes reasonable

PirateCat, sorry! They are going out to dinner beforehand, and she's the type to be in full makeup and hair anyways. So she'll look gorgeous regardless.
