I finished week 2 yesterday and then did the fit test today, followed by half of a Mommy Trainer workout. Holy hell, I'm smoked (especially arms and shoulders). Here's my results:
Squats: 52 (-10 from day 1...wtf) Pushups: 18 (same as day 1) Mountain climbers: 70 (+16) Right lunge: 36 (+10) Left lunge: 36 (+2) High knees: 61 (+55) Tricep dips: 33 (+2) Plank: same (but felt harder)
I wasn't great with eating this past week, including Saturday night when H and I drank beer and ate Chinese food. So I'm going to weigh myself tomorrow and try not to be too disappointed if I haven't lost anything.

I'm on Day 43 of 5.0. So far I'm down 13 pounds. I only missed 1 day since I started because I was sick. I will be caught back up by Sunday. I'm proud of myself. I took before pictures when I started then a second set yesterday and I can really see a difference now.

Hmmm....I think I'm on Day 10. I'm really sucking and since I went up to see my Dad I've done nothing. I'm in a bad zone right now, but once my Dad is able to go home I'll get back into it. Although, the exercise may help my stress, so maybe I should jump back in.

I have searched but can't find this answer. On day 45 of 5.0, Briana says she's 164 pounds. Out of curiosity, I turned on day 1 of 6.0 today. She says she is 187 pounds and it's 7 months after 5.0. That's a lot of weight to gain in 7 months. I wonder what happened. I like that she's real, but I was hoping this would be my permanent weight loss thing, not just a temporary one.
