Went for a walk tonight after dd woke up from her nap. Ds didn't nap at all this afternoon so I wrapped him and he slept our entire 1.5 hour walk. We walked to the bay, I always forget how close it is. Finishing dinner then it'll be bedtime and I'm passing off the baby for a bit to mh and taking a long shower. Excited to not have to listen for anyone crying.

heybulldog56 Was it you who was asking about the M&D wooden tool bench? R has had it for a week and really likes it. But it's loud. Should not have put it in the same room as the TV.... you can build cool things with the pieces though, and it even comes with an idea book
C fussed all afternoon for MIL and H. They gave her a bottle and didn't get her down til I was on my way home.
The good: I got to nap while she did.
The not so good: fussy again and the little bit of a schedule we have is thrown off. She's trying to fall asleep now, I'm trying to hold her off for an hour for bed time.
heybulldog56 bottomless mimosas? I need this in my life.
I feel so so bad for DS1. We had pizza for dinner, his fave. He didn't touch it and was nodding off at the table, which he has never ever done. Then he asked to go to bed at 545. Ugh. His temp was 103 when we put him down, gave him motrin. Just went to check on him and he feels hot still, but a sweaty mess. He was sweet as can be today vs fussy at least. I'm super paranoid and keep checking L's temp. Do not want to deal with all that comes with a newborn fever.

We're finally back home and relaxing in front of the TV. We spent last night at my grandparents' place and this morning my dad got up with DS1 and took him out to feed and play with my grandpa's horses while I nursed W and tried to get him back to sleep. I was exhausted because there was a pack of coyotes hanging around the house all night making a ton of noise and when they weren't making noise, the owls and house dogs were competing with W's grunting. But lucky for me, my mom took W when he wouldn't go back to sleep and she told everyone to let me sleep until I woke up on my own. Pretty sure I slept another 3 or 4 hours. It was glorious. And I squeezed in another nap on our last stretch home.
No MOTN action tonight, I hope everyone is peacefully in dreamland! We had a good stretch, but up for our first wakeup at 4am. Fx it doesn't follow the recent pattern of 2 hour wake ups.
We had s good stretch! 5 hours! I've been trying not to look at my phone so I stay sleepy and go right back to bed. More sleep equals getting rid of this cold faster right?!
