the worst part of this situation is that I'm going to have to be off any antihistamines for SEVEN GODDAMN DAYS before I get tested. OMFG. 12 hours and I'm a hot mess. I don't know what the eff I'm going to do. It's going to be miserable.
Yea, you need to wait until your lowest allergy point, like maybe December or January.
I'm thinking about getting this one for DD when she moves into a big kid bed. Her room now is small-ish, so the extra storage and the trundle capability is appealing. It's IKEA, which I don't mind for kids who will possibly/probably ruin it eventually.
And good morning. DD got a fever right before pick up at daycare yesterday, so she needed to stay home. H is with her, and said she seems fine, so fingers crossed it was just a random thing.
I'm laughing at thinking of myself getting my ass stuck in that bed. Because that would happen to me. 😂
Yeah, at the moment I am hard pass on anything enclosed or with a ladder. I'd injure myself.
The spectacle I caused this weekend at the playground in the wire web climbing thingie was...something else. No thanks to getting stuck in kids spaces.
I'd like to officially remove my entire sinus system from my head because @#$%$&^(*#^@%@$# I might actually die of allergies.
I'm taking Zyrtec, Flonase, doing saline spray, Allegra and also Sudafed occasionally and I'm BARELY able to handle myself. What in the fuckkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk to this situation.
You know what really helps me? Rinsing my hair in the shower before bed. Also Benadryl at night and a different antihistamine in the morning.
I know Larry happened. Please do not try to convince me otherwise. Please don't talk to me about coffee. I don't drink it. I don't caffeine. When I state my opinion, that is me chiming in on a topic. This is not me saying you suck at life if you do or feel differently. If I want to say that, I will. If I want to speak on you, I will.

What the hair have to do with it?
Not rvasc, but pollen and other allergens can get stuck in your hair and cause you to keep having a reaction, even after you go inside. I wash or rinse my hair every night when the pollen gets really bad around here and it helps.

I got an anemia diagnosis yesterday. It was a total surprise, though between my spinach cravings and daily naps, it really shouldn't have been. I'm feeling pissy about it because I really hate iron supplements. Yuck.
sorry @hilarityensued , I'm sure you've heard we are supposed to be in for a rough allergy season
Have you looked into getting shots for seasonal allergies? As of now I'm sniffeling, snuffeling and wiping tears every 5 seconds The rain this afternoon should help for tonight but then it's worse the next day
I'm going to look into it this year because this is, by far, the worst they've ever been.
I think I need to get my kid into see an allergist as well. He's been complaining of allergy symptoms.
H recently started the shots and it's made a HUGE difference.

we have this in our guest room/play room and it is magical. The storage is great and I love that it can extend to a king when we have guests.
chickie, it goes all the way to a king? Ok, I think I am sold. Just have to wait on my kid to grow up some.
yep! When you extend it out, it fits two twin mattresses. The only thing is you have to store or double up the second mattress when not extended. We usually just slide it between the bed and the wall

Not trying to be crunchy or sell anything but I no longer have any allergies after using Yong Living Essential Oils. I don't even regularly use them anymore and I'm symptom free. I used to have to take daily allergy medication.
Morning. I took a mental health day after 3 straight days with a 3 yo who doesn't stop moving. Took her to D.C. And went to sleep until 9:30 which is unheard of! My foot has regressed a bit so doc wants me to go back in the surgical shoe and keep it up so that's my plan today 😄
