Hola! Not much here. I had plans to go to the library with the kiddos today but instead we are laying low at home. DS has been cranky this morning and fighting naps I so don't want to deal with that out and about.
O.m.g. S worked herself into such a tizzy about nap time she threw up all over herself, her bed, pillows and stuffed animals. An emergency bath was not want I had hoped for. Of course C screamed the entire time in his crib. Her sensitive gag reflex kills me.
Eh poor aggiebug. Sorry that happened. Throw up is awful at any time but especially when it's not expected. I guess my cousin's kid threw up at the doctors office when they swabbed her throat for strep bc of a strong gag reflex. lilyelayne have a great time on vacation! When is actual Mardi gras. I'm Catholic and I should know this but things go away from my brain easily these days.

Oh I am going to have to remember this as a potential issue, because I am certain S would be the one to throw up from a throat swab.
And fat Tuesday is a week from today! I need to find a recipe for kings cake. Hmm I wonder if I could do half cream cheese and half apple. ::Off to recipe search::. Have fun lilyelayne
Well last night I went from feeling pretty good to a high fever, chills and body aches in a matter of 45 minutes. So DH packed me and A up to the ER and MIL came over to be there for sleeping V.
Fast forward to 5am when we got discharged, knowing a whole bunch of things that didn't cause the infection/fever, but not what did. I luckily was able to sleep most of the day and am feeling fine now, so big WTF to my body.
kartish he transitioned to sleeping all night the first week. It took a month for bedtime to not be full of antics since he's harder to leave and he can run around. He doesn't have a side rail so he has fallen out a few times.
I would have kept him in the crib if he couldn't escape. That was our set time to change. Once we knew he could get out without help from his stuffed animals it was time.
