I saw this on Facebook the other day and I was DYING. Does he not realize that blood is a wet liquid, too? I mean, besides the other zillion things to laugh at about this.

I like when he says that our ladybrains are all screwed up by our crusty periods, so that we haven't figured this sort of thing out, already.
My favorite part is how he thinks the lesbian community is just hating on it because a straight white man made it. Does he not realize both gay and straight women have periods?

So would bisexual women have periods half the time?

I don't think he thinks menstrual fluid comes out the urethra based on this: "[It] is applied to the labia minora and causes them to cling together in a manner strong enough to retain menstrual fluid in the vestibule above the labia minora where the vaginal opening and urethra exit." He knows it comes out of the vagina.
It's still dumb as hell, and I don't know why I'm WKing that part of it lol.

This annoyed me in the article, it was stupid enough on it's own, no need to assume he doesn't know where the menstral fluid comes from.

Solution to a runny nose! Why has no one thought of this before? Oh that's right. Letting your bodily orifices fill up with fluid until they periodically release, only to be glued shut again, is horrifying

I can't stop thinking about a glue that can be unstuck by piss. I still think there may be a market for this. Definitely not for periods but gimme some time, I can think up a need.
I haven't read the article just yet but based off of the comments here, wouldn't this pose a risk of tss? Just saying. It comes out for a reason..
Now I will go read.
The article says that menstrual fluid is sterile until we insert things like tampons into it or until it hits the air. IDK how true that is. There is certainly a flora of bacteria in there, both good and bad.

You're going to need a lot of time, you keep getting distracted by your period.

I believe you are correct, but there would be a chance of introducing bacteria when it is applied. And then you are trapping them in a warm, moist environment.
