Is it weird to reuse a tea bag to make another cup of tea? It's chamomile. I was about to drop it into the trash but I realized I probably want another cup when I finish this one.

Too. Much. Vodka.
Ugh.
Need this headache to go away. I have to run to walmart with Ds2 while DH and DS1 are at a robotics club meet this morning. DS1 birthday is monday and I need wrapping paper and streamers and balloons for his room.
We got DS1 a new bike last night. He is almost 9 and doesn't know how to ride. He's been trying to ride his old bike but his knees hit the handlebars. We used to live on a hilly, busy road so it wasn't a priority. Now that we are on a flat, quiet street he really wants to learn. He has SPD so his balance is lousy. I told him that we will keep practicing every day but it might be summer before he gets the hang of it. I hope that his enthusiasm holds out.

I don't think that's weird. I wish I had saved mine from this morning because I would like another cup, too.

My kids are so shady. Everybody wants to sleep in this morning. MEANWHILE, I'm up at their usual time ready to go. Everybody got sleepy dust tho. Assholes.

Weather has been insane here. Avalanche warnings last week, flood warnings today. The lake is going to flood soon as the ice starts melting, its going to be insane.

I was just glad I thought about it before I tossed it lol. Although I do have more in the pantry.
I don't (well didn't) know how to mail a letter. I'm so used electronic communication, I don't think I've mailed a letter since summer camp as a kid. All of my bills are pow paperless too. I was legit clueless and had to Google and ask a postal worker.
1. I had too many stamps 2. I could've put it in the drop box.
I'm up for an 8am therapy appt. I'm glad I go back to evening appointments next week.
We were planning on taking the train to visit my in laws since DD is obsessed with trains and going out to a museum and lunch but everyone is sick so we are going to reschedule. Mh doesn't have class today so I think I'm going to run errands and do some shopping while he has some one on one time with DD.
I hope she feels better soon. Enjoy running errands on your own!
Thanks! She is still getting over her cold and mh has allergies but my BIL and mh's grandma both have the flu so we are mostly avoiding them. Do not want the flu.
nobody wants my fancy homemade breakfast nonsense. They want toaster waffles with sunbutter. FINE.
I made baked chicken with roasted veggies for dinner the other night, a meal we eat often. Both kids threw a fit until i finally let DS1 make him and his brother a pb&j. Jerks.
Morning, lovelies. H is up with the kids and I'm trying to motivate myself to get up.
We're meeting some friends at the zoo this morning. I'm hoping to get a pedicure this afternoon. H is golfing tomorrow, so I need to meal plan and grocery shop today if I want to do it kidless. Which, obviously.

Not weird. I usually make a pot to avoid this problem, but I'll also reuse teabags twice. When I do, I pop my empty mug and teabag into the fridge until I'm ready for seconds.
