H and I just watched the first episode of Planet Earth season 1. I don't know how we've never watched before - I really enjoyed it! And it was nice because we don't usually watch TV together. Even the cats watched with us - they especially liked the whacky birds in the jungle.
Y'all, I'm all checked in to the hospital and the cervidril is in!! I'm not expecting much to happen until we start pitocin tomorrow but still, shits getting real!
Wooohooo!!!! Keep us updated! Create a thread and live blog if you want. You've got this lady!

Planet Earth was awesome! Planet Earth II is on now, but on BBC America only which we don't get. They aired the premiere on AMC, then said the rest was BBC America only. Friggen tease. Hopefully I can find it online somewhere later.
I'm freaking out that I'm going to pick an awful color and be that house that all the neighbors snicker about. Lol
My sister had the same dilemma. Esp since she couldn't get my BIL to agree on what color let alone shade. She finally had an interior designer do a color consult. She liked how it turned out so much she's getting a consult on the inside colors too.

littlelion @osw I know I want to go blue. I just don't want to pick the wrong shade. I don't want a blue/green shade. But I'm afraid of it being too dark. This is the initial color that caught my eye.
But it's very dark so I'm leaning towards this one.
It's a one level stucco ranch with an attached garage in SoCal.
Those are both beautiful colors ourcrazynavylife. Could you get samples and try them out on your house before picking?
@oucrazynavylife I agree, getting some paint on the house could help make your decision. Both are great (love the blue) but I do like the 2nd one more.

Thanks ladies. I've got it down to 7 paint chips. I'd like to get it down to 3 for the contractor to get us samples of. I'm thinking definitely the second one I posted plus two more.

ourcrazynavylife my house is blue! I didn't pick it, but I'd never change it now (we call it the little blue house I love the stained glass! I'd try blue fjord and/or blue cloud (just to see if you like a touch lighter when you see it in a bigger space).

I like Blue Fjord from the paint chip. I also like Blue Zephyr in this picture (assuming the people who posted this picture used the right paint name):

I thought I heard that (from you??). I was hoping the second season would be available on Netflix. Maybe, hopefully, after the season ends it'll be available somewhere?

Probably from me, I was bitching about the rest of the season not being on AMC after watching the premiere recently, lol.
That would be great if it heads to Netflix relatively quickly. We don't have streaming (gasp! lol), but we do still have the DVD service. That's how we watched the first one.

DVD service! That's still a thing? We don't even have a way to play DVDs, aside from playing it from the desktop upstairs and chromecasting it to the TV downstairs.

Yup! The movie selection is much better if you get the actual DVDs from Netflix, as opposed to streaming. We Red Box mostly though.
