Dropped my phone today and cracked the screen protector. So happy to have a lifetime warranty so all I need to do is pay for the shipping for a new one.

packmomma - Melissa and Doug makes them.. They are like an "on the go" toy. We got one for Christmas and I have since bought 3 more
Also, A's appointment was a disaster. She screamed, kicked, and cried the entire time even when the nurse/Dr wasn't doing anything.. So hard to see my baby like that. But our Dr didn't seem too worried about the cold, just said to do what ever I need to keep her comfortable.
N cried a few times overnight. Come to find out this morning that his room was cold. I'm always so conflicted if I should go to his room when he cries but if he cries under 5 min I don't. He cried 3 times but all under 3... poor man. I cuddled him under the covers once he was up for the day.
I get the weirdest ads on tapatalk. Right now I'm looking at a necklace for your leg. Like, the model is legit wearing multiple strands of necklace on her thigh. Am I just old and out of touch? Is this a thing?
Our visit with FIL is going well. The weather is beautiful here and the kids are so happy to be able to run around outside in shorts.
We went to the pool yesterday and Abigail saw the twins jumping in and going under. She wanted to try it too so I dunked her for the first time and she handled it like a champ. Then asked to jump in probably 40 more times lol! That girl exhausted herself in the pool and we still had to drag her out of there at the end.
Our plan today is to go to the beach. The weather is great for it. I just have to find the energy to pack everything up that we'll need.
I have some exciting news. Our house and senate voted to allow liquor stores sell alcohol on Sunday's. the governor said he would not veto if this happens.
Ummm that is amazing!! Our state will NEVER do that. We don't even sell anything before 12:00 on Sunday. Do you haven anything like that?
I would die. I usually end up making Sunday morning runs for champs or beer in the summer... often.
My pediatrician said the 18 month appt. Is the hardest one. A screamed through hers...I was like "is this normal?!" They laughed and said yes, very.
Same thing here. The pediatrician and I joke about how my girls hate him at this age. Fortunately they grow out of it, though for DD1 that didn't happen until her 3 year appointment. Then she was super excited to go see him and show him her Doc McStuffins doctor bag.
Thankfully DS enjoys the doctors office and hams it up with all the nurses when we go. #luckynotblessed. He usually cries for 30 seconds after his shots and then waves to the nurses.
So the one challenge here while staying with the IL's is that they've started the Ornish diet. Which means that they basically eat nothing. It's like fat-free, sugar-free vegetarian with only whole grains. Everything they bought for the kids is also fat-free and sugar-free with the exception that they did get the right kind of milk. But I'm not giving my kids jelly or ice-cream with artificial sweeteners and I'm also not particularly excited about giving them fat free cheese full of all kinds of other chemicals. I ended up going out to the grocery store yesterday to pick up a few necessities so we wouldn't all starve, but it feels kind of awkward.
I work in the training dept of my company and one of the many many things we teach to the entire company (6k+) is CPR. We are finally catching up with the times and teaching infant and child CPR. I have to place a huge order for the mannequins today which will be a pain, but I'm excited to miss a day of work soon so I can be re-certified.

I would be at McDonalds or BK every day in my car like
