Put M down in her crib since I knew she was going to wake up in 20 minutes anyway. Five minutes in I go in to check on her and she's wide awake. But not crying. I would have loved to have left her there to see if she would have gone back down except her legs were sticking out of the slats up to her knees. It scared the shit out of me. She won't roll, but can scoot and turn like a champ.
Anyway WWN16D? Crib bumpers are illegal in my state, but idk if that applies to the mesh ones. I have no idea how she moved so far so quickly.

sophiegrace I have a mesh bumper but haven't put it in yet. My kid hasn't started scooting yet. He's just starting to lift his butt up with his feet planted.
kleigh I just went through that same thing. It was awful for a couple weeks but he's getting better again.
ClassyMrsA I'm happy to hear good things about the little gym. It's right around the corner from my house. Honestly I have no idea what happens in the baby class but hopefully it's fun. He's going to be the very youngest they allow (4 months) so I'm not expecting him to know what's going on.

danib 80-90 + humidity is pretty warm. It's not comfortable. I mean, I'll take it over 100. But it's still hot. I'd kill for only a few weeks of it vs the months we have here. March-September is pretty solidly 80 and above.
shedreamsincolor I'm ready to potty train Lillian, too. So much poop every effing day.
Fantastic update @sarahwithanh!
sophiegrace we've both been to Disney but want to go back. We talked at dinner and decides to do something else I think. For the rides, one of us would have to sit out with Lilah. And at 3, Lillian may still not remember it. So we are looking to go somewhere new that we can all enjoy together. We'll do Disney when the Ls are big enough to do the rides and remember it. Also, Lilah wiggles all over, too. I'm always amazed at how much she can move around without actually crawling yet. We don't do the crib until much later so no bumpers ever here. If we did do the crib now, I'd use the mesh ones 100%.
goldenlove3 Here we did a little introduction, a warm up with baby stretches, a group activity, and then 3 gymnastic skills (forward roll, walking on the balance beam, hanging on the bar, etc). Lillian had been crawling for 2 months and was pulling up already when we started, but she loved it and she learnrd a lot. We did the class and at least one open gym time week.

Mesh crib bumper for the mini crib is ordered! I'm glad so many of you use them, I wasn't sure if they were still a no no.
I was so quick to order because she was back to sleep in my arms before I finished typing my post, so I tried the crib again. It's been almost two hours and even though she's still waking up and thrashing at regular intervals she's staying quiet and goes back to sleep. I'm kind of at a loss. Idk how the rest of the night is going to go, but...whoa.
Congrats for the long sleep sophiegrace!! Also, the mesh ones aren't illegal because there is really no risk for suffocation. I also used them. They saved O's legs on more than one occasion. And then I removed them once he could get himself out b

After M woke up around midnight I brought her to bed and she slept another two hour stretch followed by hourly wake ups. I feel like this is an improvement! She doesn't need to be picked up as much and sometimes just a hand on her chest is enough to soothe her. I'm not sure what I'll do if she actually starts being able to self soothe.
sophiegrace I can't believe you've been doing this for weeks (months?). Even as newborns they'd give us about 2 hours in between. This is literally every hour or less. Please let this part be over soon. Until then I will take your darkest strongest coffee ma'am.
goldenlove3 You (and C) give me hope.. I've heard it lasting months. I can't do months of this!
dashook Alec is doing it too so beteween the two we are up pretty much non stop. I think we might need to sleep in seperate rooms until this passes oyyyy.
I hate to type this but so far so good. He was down at 8:30 and I thought for sure I'd have to go up and pop a paci back in his mouth or rock him back asleep but it's 10:30 and he's sound asleep in the Merlin in his crib! Amazing!
ETA: is it weird I'm also using white noise to drown out my H snoring away next to me? I may have to sleep in the spare room. I'm desperate for some good sleep.
The white noise isn't enough to drown out MH. He has been sleeping on the office futon for over a month.

kleigh I'm not convinced that it was the regression since he was sick at the same time. I hope it was though because we're back to long stretches again and I don't want to go backwards.
