I think breastfeeding is messing with my body composition. For the level I'm working out and how well I'm (mostly) eating my body hasn't budged since about 3-4 weeks PP. I'm ok with it if that's what it is, but its kind of a bummer even though I said I wouldn't be so harsh on how I view myself.

I'm in the same boat. I'm working incredibly hard but not seeing much physical change. I'm trying to let the improvement in my strength and stamina be my motivator. It kinda sucks but there isn't much more I can do.
sophiegrace have you taken pictures or done measurements? I didn't think I was making any progress (because I wasn't losing any weight) but I took comparison pictures and could see the difference in my muscle tone.
Every two weeks or so. I was looking at M's teeny baby pictures on my phone when I saw the picture I took when she was a month old and compared it to the one from a few weeks ago. The areas where I've always been leaner look fine, but where I tend to hang on to fat isn't looking too happy.

I agree, you're working your butt off. It's really motivating every week to see how hard you're working. I hope the results you want to see start showing soon!
