I was suggested sour jolly ranchers in lieu of the preggy pops because of cost. I know a certain gal with a certain toddler that bakes pretty good and has offered to make ginger cookies for me, if need be. Maybe ask her. ;)
I have recently discovered that pickles help me out with the same sour concept, I lurve pickles so that helps. Plus it also puts some food in my belleh.
Don't be afraid to add medication if you cant find some relief (both OTC or scripts)

Not sure why I totally forgot about the existence of preggie pop drops, but this is making me crave some hard candy. Thinking about trying some Claeys lemon drops. They are citric acid based and you can get 6 packs of ~36 candies on Amazon for $11.58.

I think I'm going to break out the Unisom and B6 tonight

Ginger candy was a lifesaver for me last pregnancy. I bought mine at the Asian market, but I'm pretty sure you can prime them from Amazon for like 5 bucks. Let me see if I can can link it. Eta: couldn't get it to link, but here's a screenshot of the exact ones I used.

Can I just say that I am jealous that I am not sick with you... Ginger tea, sour candies, grilled cheese (idk why but this always helped me with R), water water and mo water, ice chips, and oyster crackers.

Oh honey, I'm sorry. I have been really sick this time too and unfortunately I am allergic to both compazine and zofran.
My OB suggests B6 and if I vomit more than twice, Pedialyte before bed. I also do the preggie drops/jolly ranchers. Also myer lemon in hot water is helpful for me.
Sorry for the sickness but yay for the sticky symptoms
Sour candies are my go to. I keep a bunch in my desk at work to suck on or snack on while working with the kids. The "sour-er" the better (I an not a sour candy person unless I'm pregnant!)
If you're comfortable with medication, the ginger-based chewable gravol are good. I would actually say gravol helped me more than rx antiemetics during my last pregnancy. Ice cold water is also nice.

I second the b6 and unisom, that's what I've been using. I told my ob when he asked what I was doing for the nausea and he said, "oh yeah, those are very safe and effective".

Last pregnancy I was all about Gin Gins chewy ginger candy.
A non edible thing I tried were Seabands. They are bands that go on your wrist and you position them in an acupressure point that is suposed to help reduce nausea. I don't know if they helped all that much maybe more of a placebo effect.
I also found that I felt worse if I had an empty stomach so first thing after waking up I'd eat some toast or something else really carby. Right now lemon ginger tea is my jam, I drink it all day.
What about dried fruit? Are you still dealing with constipation? Try nibbling on prunes or apricots or even dried cranberries. It'll also give you some fiber. bootsorhearts, I think mentioned chopped ginger tea. Actually if you get a few inches of ginger root and just smash it some and simmer it in 3-4 cups of water for about 20 mins. it will make a stronger tea. - if too strong, can be thinned down with extra water. This is how we make ginger tea and we usually add palm sugar ( from palm of coconut tree ) and simmer it with screwpine leaves and its absolutely delicious. Adding honey is also a wonderful option. I usually keep orange tic-tac with me too. Small enough to tuck in my cheek during meetings and inconspicuous. Everyone has loads of great ideas and hopefully you'll find something that works for you. Nausea is a bitch and no joke! This time round I got hit big time too! Hang in here, it will get better.
If you need to rehydrate, grab some Drip Drop (you can find it at Walgreen's next to Pedialyte, it's powder packets in a box). It's medical grade hydration, and it's a lot lower sugar than Pedialyte or Gatorade, so it's less irritating to the stomach. There's a lemon flavor that's tolerable.
Shit doesn't always just happen. L: arrived 5.23.13 at 34 weeks with gastroschisis. 131 days in the NICU; short bowel syndrome, g-tube, home TPN; 11 surgeries. Line-free since 12.28.16! Blog
I'm late to this! But what seems to be working for me this time is:
• Eat something before getting out of bed. Banana is my favorite, but really anything non-acidic works. Like I wouldn't do an orange or green apple, but dry cereal, cereal bar, etc. would be ok.
• Go for a walk in the AM if you can (AFTER EATING!). At first I feel more sick, but after maybe 5 mins it really helps any nausea simmer down/go away. I also remembered last time around I usually had a mixture of hot water, half a lemon squeezed, and some fresh chopped/sliced ginger (if available - in a mesh tea thing). It was basically a fresh "tea" of sorts.
• Eat many, many small snacks (whatever you can stomach) during the day so your tummy is never empty.
• +whaever to the hard candies. Frozen grapes also work the same for me.
