I figured it out! The Aerogarden we kept on top of the shelving unit must have dripped down and it was right where that scrapbook was. The shelf had water damage only in that spot. That makes me happy to know. But now the garden has to move. At least it's currently empty.
Okay, I'm second-guessing our stroller decision. We originally wanted to go with the Baby Jogger Vue Lite because it's an umbrella stroller which has the option of parent-facing (the biggest thing I want in a stroller). It's super lightweight and not expensive.
However, now I've been thinking about logistics of getting baby to daycare, I'm going to have my work bag, plus baby's bag (bottles, cloth diapers, etc), and the baby. The storage on the Vue is extremely small and uses velcro to hold it in place, so probably can't hold anything heavy. Reviewers were not fans of the basket.
Now I'm looking at the Mamas & Papas Armadillo Flip because you can fold it while parent-facing. Any experience with this stroller or know of another smaller/lighter-weight stroller you can fold while parent-facing? DNW to have to remove the seat every time to fold it.
Someone on my bmb just bought this one. It looks super cool and similar price point to the Armadillo Flip. There's a video clip you can check out on the website:

Yoyo is super expensive in Canada so I didn't suggest it, but if it is cheaper in US I would also rec this one, keep in mind though you have to get the + version to use from infant.
And if you have a lot of Money and wanna say YOLO the bugaboo bee is super awesome!

It's pricey here, inbetween the Armadillo Flip and the Bugaboo Bee. The Bugaboo Bee looks awesome too, but super pricey.

I glides like it is a hot knife through butter. If I didn't need an all-terrain stroller I may have got this one. The Bee3 is discontinued and replaced by the 5 (not sure where four went...) so the three can be found for great deals... if it can be found!
On US amazon I did see some amazing deals on discontinued Peg Perego Strollers. Like 250 for Pliko 4 Switch but not sure if you can fold it when parent facing. When my DS was 1 I got a pliko P3 non-switch and it was my stroller for our pedestrian/bus riding years (light and folded tiny for a full sized stroller), through all four Canadian seasons and it was a great stroller. My son cried when I gave it away when he was four because he loved it so much haha!

Do you have any children's consignment stores in your area? I see tons of strollers at ours including older models of Bugaboos that look brand new for $300.

Yes, I just looked and there's a few. At least one says they're overstocked on strollers, so that sounds promising!

I hope you find something you like for a reasonable price!
