lola another thing I do that saves on time is I put my pump parts in a freezer bag and keep them in the fridge in between pumps so I don't have to clean them after each pump.
I will starting next week when I'm back in the office all 5 days. And bring it home on Fridays. I was telling one of the mgrs how I'm nervous that someone will spill my milk in the fridge and she suggested I bring my own fridge for under my desk. I know my SVP had one but not sure what hr will think about that.
How would it get spilled? I put my milk in the communal fridge.
Our fridge is jam packed. Ppl leave not only lunch in there but other stuff like bottles of dressing, milk, bread, etc. etc. etc. I'm afraid someone will set something down on my bag.

STBX new flavors: Iced Cinnamon Almond Milk Macchiato and an Iced Coconut Milk Mocha Macchiato. BOGO 03/02-03/06 2-5 pm
I'm very curious how these taste. I need to find someone to go with and share.
Those sound good... I'll have to try them. I've been drinking my Hazelnut lattes with almond coconut milk because normal milk gives Nolan gas. I usually go to Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf though. I wonder if STBX has almond coconut milk or if they just have one or the other.
littlelion That would freak me out too. Maybe a hard-sided lunchbox or cooler bag inside the fridge to protect it? I'm super lucky in that my work has mini fridges for pumping moms. The said they could put it in the pumping room, but I asked for it to be put at my desk instead since I'm the only one pumping right now.
requiressnacks yay! We're going to Sedona and scottsdale. I would ask you for recommendations of things to do but I imagine that what you did in Scottsdale in your 20s is different than what we will do. Like you may not know about the train park! Also I really plan on just ordering all food to pool or room. The idea of taking two kids out to dinner sounds impossible.
Yeah girl, basically I could tell you where to get drunk and try to find guys. Haha.
@kc295905 i get a similar feeling sometimes, a really full feeling in one spot. I usually just massage it while she's feeding and use a warm compress to get the milk to move down. I'll also massage it in the shower. Usually that's enough to help it move along, I might pump a little if it's taking its sweet time. It feels very different from when I had mastitis which was a red and painful area.
Mine have been hard, and the lumps hurt. Do you have a white spot on your nipple too?
I used a heating bag and lottttsss of pumping
No white spot. It's not even really painful or tender, it just seemed like it was more engorged in one spot. I'm hoping I'm just imagining things. I need to stop feeling my boobs.
Aside from my whole mastitis/abscess debacle, I've had a clogged duct a few time in the other breast - for me, it feels more engorged and almost a little bruised. I do the usual to clear up the clog - massage, warm compress - and also try to start N on that side more often so it gets the most vigorous sucking.
