packmomma good luck today. I'm just catching up on what's going on. It's my belief to err on the side of caution and get things checked early. Trust your gut, FTM or not.
RandomName I just finished kings cage. When does the audiobook come out? There's no way this series is over.
I'll reply in here. It's out this summer I believe. Is it supposed to be only 3 books? Omg I'm so excited to read it. Maybe I'll suck it up and read the actual book.
Parents visited over the weekend, which was nice because H continued to say he "didn't feel well," leaving me to continue solo parenting. Since he got sick after coming off a week of night shifts, I was solo parented-out. Thanks to my dad, I got to finish a cup of coffee while it was still warm. It's the little things.
J is pushing ALL the boundaries lately. Yesterday he found a pen and drew all over our bedroom wall. Of course the previous owners used matte paint so I have no hope of getting it off.

I guess I just assumed. I'm not sure why. But there will be another. There has to be. It was pretty good.
I was up with a moaning feverish 1.5 year old from 10 pm til 2 pm. His fever spiked to 101 at 11pm. I have all the guilt about dropping him off at school today. I need to get done what i can before the call comes in. I am off Thursday and Friday. If i can't get him into the doctor today (if the call comes) then it looks like I will be home tomorrow as well. FX i don't catch whatever it is he has, as then i won't be able to have surgery.
in prepration of being utterly bored out of my mind from Thursday afternoon to Friday all day, i have just bought 3 new books on my kindle. Well not new, but new to me, and I typically shoot for the free or $0.99 books. I bought Gone Girl (yes I am a little late on this), and blink, and than my March Kindle Firts book...
Long day at work, followed by going to the in-laws. H is going to help his dad move a counter top into their shed/work area. I'm hoping that since I won't be going to the gym, that I can use theirs/their neighbors in the garage when the guys are done with their project. Now to find good leg work outs without the normal gym machines.

are floors like gym work out floors, shiny and slidy? put a towl under your shoe on one foot. start in a squat stance, fit under shoulders hip width apart. slide the foot out and squat down (bend other knee) bring back in.
You can do the same in a plank position. put towel under both feet and pull knees inwards towards your chest.

Dammmnnn. Magic Eraser?
Getting some after work. Not hopeful. Previous owners really used the crappiest paint.

Get a chair or something of similar height to balance with. Heels together, toes apart. Lift heels about an inch, glue them together. Deeply bend knees, taking butt towards the floor and keeping back straight. Just doing 4 is hard and guaranteed to make your thighs burn. Alternate that with pulses (down and up an inch or two) or tucking your hips.
ETA - pulses and tucks should be done with knees bent, so hips are dropped a couple inches toward knees.
To work hamstrings, hold on to same chair. Feet hip width apart, parallel. Lift one foot off floor and move whole leg back an inch or two so the bent knee is a little behind the standing leg. Keeping knee where it is, curl foot up toward your butt. You can alternate that with tiny pushes of the leg straight back, clenching your glutes. It will work your butt and back of thigh.
