mosdub, I feel the same way, even on the home board I've been on since 2014? I can keep up all summer, and post more on weekends, but during the week it's hard to read everything and respond more than just using the like button.
Same here!! I don't want you ladies to think I'm not trying to participate but working full time and a toddler and then doing a ton more documentation when I get home I'm so exhausted by the time I'm done I'm so ready to just crash 😴
One side of my incision is burning with the intensity of a thousand suns. There is no redness (according to my H. I can't see it myself because it is under my flapjack) or anything concerning visually.
Has anyone else experienced this? Is it normal healing? I know my nerve endings are healing and stuff so my guess is that I am just regaining feeling and thus feeling more pain.
Also, this cold has me coughing and sneezing a lot which can't help.
I'm having this, and they're telling me there's no redness and that everything looks great. One of my nurses said that this happens a lot when the primary doc doing the c section is on that side and it's just caused by the incision getting jostled more during surgery. I'm always in camp call-your-doc-if-you're-concerned, but I feel your pain. I hope you feel better soon!
That's so interesting. She was on the side that is hurting. Makes sense!
