27 weeks today. I can't believe it. My bff should be having her baby any day now.
New mommy's how is it going? What's life like with 2? Tell me it's all rainbows and unicorns!
There are rainbow and unicorn moments and when those moments happen, it is the best ❤
The good stuff: DS asks for DD after every nap, and in the morning every day. He loves to give her (sloppy, probably germ infested) kisses and he tries to share his zippy cup with her. It is so precious sometimes.

Oh my goodness! That's adorable!!!
There are definitely a lot of hard moments but the good stuff really makes it feel worth it

So is a newborn easier the second time around? (As easy as the newborn stage could be)
For me, the hard part is the fact that there is a toddler here. He wants our attention and his routines have changed and he is tantrumming more and he is pushing all his limits. He is adorable with her but it is a challenge trying to keep him content and giving both of them the attention they need when they need it.
The newborn feels soooo easy compared to the toddler LOL...once she is mobile I think our sanity is going to suffer. We will just try to enjoy where we are at now lol
And I am keeping in mind that my newborn is only 2 weeks old and is still in the -sleep almost all day- stage. I truly love this stage even if she does wake up every 2-3 hours to eat now.

Co signed.
Plus, there are things you know because BTDT and all. For example, how important distinguishing day and night time sleep is. DD is a much more, uhm... spirited... newborn than c was but I am still finding this time "easier".
