Thank you guys. I was so happy when they took the reading that I nearly teared up. I have been so worried about preterm labor because of pre-e that the low reading put my mind at ease for at least a little while.
Poppy I am glad you had a good visit too!

1. DD slept in her big girl room all night...WOOHOO! We have been having issues with her sneaking into our room lately. She says it is not fair that we have someone to sleep with and she doesn't. Impressive thought process for a (just barely) 4 year old.

2. I found some Dove chocolates in my desk drawer. Score!

1. DH was in a super good mood this morning which is a significant improvement over the last 5 days.
2. I won a free donut/muffin on my Timmies roll-up the rim this morning.
3. Just found 2 Reese's peanut butter valentines hearts in my purse (DH must have put them there since I gave them to him for V-day)
AND
4. My boss (who is awesome and I thoroughly enjoy working with, don't get me wrong) is off sick today which means I will actually leave on time today!!

It's coming out the other end now, but doesn't seem too bad. Ha. I guess that's one more good thing. The one time you're glad your kid is still in diapers. A potty training kid with the poops is nasty.

2. Neighbor brought his snowblower over to help my husband shovel our driveway since there was no way he was letting the 7 month pregnant lady do any shoveling. I love awesome neighbors.

honeylemon puking kids are the saddest! I'm glad she's feeling better.

After 4 days of being home alone with the kids, DH finally comes home today! I'm glad the snow didn't melt yet because DD1 can't wait to build a snowman with him. It will be her first snowman.

1. The custom slip cover for our couch arrived and they included 2 free coordinating toss pillow covers. The covers match our rug! Nothing matches our rug! How did they know??

2. DH made it into work today. He's really sick, but they want/need him there for very important presentations they're giving to very important clients, and DH has been working his butt off for weeks on these presentations. They are online meetings so no clients will get sick, and I think the rest of his office has already had the flu this month. DH is the last one.

1) King cake at work....and for the first time ever I got the baby! (In more ways than one ammIright?!)

2) We got massive amounts of work done on the kids' rooms this weekend in the way of moving, sorting, sharing and giving away the zillion boy clothes we have on hand. That plus receiving a ton of truly gorgeous outfits for DD from a good friend (in exchange for DS's clothes) makes for a feeling-productive mama this morning.

1. I just stocked up on maternity shorts/ tshirts and a dress at motherhood clearance sale ready for the aussie heat. Bargains

2. I just remembered I have left over Mac and cheese in the fridge

1. I found out I passed my glucose test! Which means I can still eat alllll the Girl Scout cookies!!

2. DH's HR person at work asked not-so-subtly where we've registered and to let them know when our registries are done. I'm blown away that his work is thinking of getting us a gift.

3. We're painting the accent wall of the nursery tonight. And the carpet replacement is happening this Saturday, and is cheaper than we expected! Things are finally actually happening in that room.

The telework thing is really tough because of my position but the upside I am trying to take away is that I need to release some of the work drama and just let things be a bit out of whack for a while there. It sucks and is not what I want but I don't have a choice so I might as well embrace it.

I got everything done this morning on my to-do list at work, and I have nothing left on my schedule. So I'm going home "sick" to take a nap and have some alone time. And I refuse to feel guilty about it because once this baby arrives I'll basically never have alone time again. Also, there are chocolate chip cookies waiting for me at home.
