Ugh, i just drove 30 min to the pharmacy to pick up Sierra's new prescription for amoxicillin since I left the other at my parents house and they are out of stock! Currently waiting for them to get ahold of the Dr and switch to a different dosage. I'm annoyed.
ETA: I should explain my annoyance better. I waited in line to find out my insurance wouldn't pay for it because it's too soon since it was originally filled. Whatever, so I will gladly pay the $8 just to get it. That part is no big deal. So then they now have to fill it. So they told me to come back in 20 min. So I wander around for 20, go back...that's when they tell me out of stock.

kim22 I'll drink with you. We are almost one day down of what is going to be two weeks of the kids on spring break. I have a feeling by the end I'll be drinking at 8am!!
I'm so baffled by all the snow. I'm in short and tank top and sweating because it hit high 80's, maybe even 90, today.
And I'm probably the only person on the board, except the other az people, who loves spring daylight savings. Only because az doesn't do it, so we never have to change time, but because dh works on east coast hours he gets off an hour earlier everyday. During the summer he can be off as early as 1 or 2 a few days a week.
I pretty much did...and will some more as I am currently making the 1 hour round trip back to the pharmacy. I couldn't wait any longer earlier because I had to get S picked up from DC. They just called to say it was ready.
I don't know how you do it. I could walk to 10 different pharmacys in under 30 minutes.

I'm watching the Bachelor but MH is working on something in the basement involving tools and it's SO freaking loud. I can hardly hear and it's so annoying. He better not wake the kids up.
DH and the boys made me a desk calendar for work for my birthday. Then we had cake and Colin ate calmly while Chase went nuts. There was cake in his eyebrows, nose, ears... Then he sobbed when it was over. Oh child, you are one of us.
Dh is obviously sick of me talking about all of the house projects I want to do because he joked that we should just build. At least I thought he was joking until he sent me house plans and told me to figure out how much it would cost. Ummmm. I think he's just trying to distract me from my current plans because there's no way building a house is going to happen. But now I'm spiraling on house plans and looking for land. Crazy man's plans are working.
After DH got home and we are supper I went to take a nap. I have a massive headache still after sleeping for an hour and a half. I'm guessing it's because I didn't have any caffeine today. I'm trying to cut back on soda but obviously cold turkey isn't the right way to do it.

It gets better just stick with it. It won't be as bad tomorrow.
Thanks guys. DH actually brought home a soda after work so I drank that which helped. I think cutting it back slowly will do the trick. I don't plan to completely cut it out but I've let it get out of control. I definitely need to drink more water too.
@peachsmama, hope your grandma is starting to do better.
xolastunicornxo, isn't it weird how all the az schools have different spring breaks? What a pain for parents! And I know, can't believe the snow talk! I broke down and turned the AC on tonight and we got in the steps of the pool over the weekend! It's cold, but a few more weeks of this weather and we'll be good!
I'm happy to report that L's sleep has gotten sooo much better the past few weeks. For any desperate mamas out there, if we could get him sleeping better, you can do it too! We used a sticker chart and prizes. 1 sticker for going to sleep by himself and 1 sticker for staying in his bed all night. After 6 stickers, he got a prize. Took him about 1.5 (really hard) weeks, but he got a prize and has been doing good since. He still calls for us to bring him milk or just calls out to say hi a few times a night, but it is so much better than it was. Next step is moving D back in his room so we can get the baby room ready. Only 5.5 weeks to go! Ahhh! Anyway, that was a long story, but I wanted to share that there is light at the end of the tunnel. It just sucks going through it!!
ladystrat I wandered into Express a couple weeks ago and was horrified to see chokers, crushed velvet, bodysuits, and high-waisted acid wash jeans. It's like fifth grade all over again.
I'm not a fan. These trends don't need to be revived.

Fifth grade? This sounds like High School to me!
But no, they do not need to be revived. EVER
Yes. I distinctly remember this being fifth grade. I was hopelessly obsessed with Color Me Badd.
