LO wears a 3 or a 3.5. She has 1 pair of stride rite sneaks and a few pairs of crib shoes that I made her (FYI if you sew they are ridiculously easy to make!), similar to they way roobez look...
Anyway now that she can walk in real shoes I would like to get her a few pairs of other shoes, and particularly she needs something for my brother's wedding where she is a flower girl. It's not until May, so no rush.
Where do people by dressy shoes for kids? Especially in small sizes.
She is a good walker, but do the really hard shoes make it really hard to walk?
What shoes do your walking kids wear in the summer/warm weather? Are there sandals good for kids?
A must have super tiny feet. She has one pair of shoes that are almost too big and they are a 6-12 month size. They're really cute and could be dressy though. Pedipeds. The 0-6 month ones she just outgrew could go dressy too.

Um, we don't really have shoes for J except for one dressy pair that was a hand-me-down from her cousin. They're a size 12m from Old Navy. She's also not walking or pulling up yet (but close to pulling up I think) so I haven't been that concerned about getting her shoes just yet. I did come across this www.lucieslist.com/best-walking-shoes-infants-toddlers/ I'll definitely be looking into some of those (some of which have already been mentioned).

Jewel these are kinda dressy. They look comfortable too. And they are stride right.
Max has a fat foot. He needs shoes with Velcro so they fit comfortably. He is wearing 4.5 but I think he'll be in size 5 soon. I did buy him sandals for summer. Hopefully he's ok in them.

Target has good toddler shoes in sizes 2-5. M is in 3 but definitely Alamos easy for 4. She has a ton of shoes, almost all were hand me downs but I bought some at target and a consignment sale. That reminds me, I need to buy fancy white shoes for Easter.
I don't like sandals like flip-flops or any with fabric between the big and second toe, so sandals are hard. I'll probably keep real shoes on in the summer to protect her feet.

We are equidistant from 2 targets both of which have horrible baby sections... it makes me so mad! But I still love target we are going today so I will take a look

In our stores, I find the good toddler shoes in the actual shoe section, in little boxes.

We got K's dressy shoes at Macy's around Christmas. They were about $20. Of course they were way too big on her so I'm hoping she can wear them for Easter or later in the year.

These are the dressy shoes we used to buy DD when she was a new walker. Her sneakers were stride rite too, and we'll probably do the same for DS. They are a little pricey, but they have a lot of buy one get one half off sales and a rewards program where you get like $10 off once you spend a certain amount. Target has the less expensive Surprise by Stride Rite and I think they are just as good.

Stride Rite stores are going out of business and clearancing everything so now is a really good time to buy shoes. Target also has budget Stride Rite brand shoes that are great. We use tiny velcro sneakers.

I'm guessing just the physical stores? Not the website?

I think this might be regional. I just looked at the one by us and it didn't say anything about closing

No clue! I just randomly found them they only had a few sizes so I got her the smallest one they had (5). I figure whenever they fit they'll be cute
