We don't do corned beef here. I love it but mh doesn't and it makes a lot. I get the ILs leftovers and that tides me over for the year. This week we have:
M - broiled fish, asparagus, broccoli rice T - steak and cheese subs W - soup and homemade bread Th - pork chops, pierogis, and random frozen veg F - supposed to be Irish cheddar ravioli which was advertised on the front page of the circular this week. But I've been to the store two days in a row and they haven't had it. It was my only good option as an alternative to corned beef. I'm at like an 8 about this. Lol
