So LO just started crawling and it's also currently 5 million degrees out so he's in just a onesie. He's already getting a little rugburn and it's only been a few days. Do I put him in pants even though it's so hot? Has anyone done kneepads? Do they actually stay on? Am I over reacting and red knees are nbd?

M started crawling during the summer and was most often just in a onesie. I just tried to make sure to lotion up his knees at night and if I noticed greet looked rough during diaper changes. I bought the knee pads and never used them.

C started crawling when it was hot out too and was always in shorts. His knees would get red but it didn't seem to bother him at all. I wouldn't worry about it unless he seems bothered by it.

Thanks ladies! His skin is just so sensitive and his poor knees look so sore. I'm sure he'll be fine though. He's too excited about his newfound freedom to worry about rugburn anyways. Lol.
