klongoria11 I love the pics! C's dress is adorable. So cute!
tgrimes1980 I love her excitement about her new bedding!
vinolove M only wears the two piece pajamas. I had a fleece footie from his older cousin that I tried put him in last week and he was very confused. The look on his face was hysterical! He took one good run around the house and promptly unzipped them and declared he wanted his other pajamas on.
lfigge we just got a We Rock the Spectrum here, too...I haven't gone yet but I've heard great things from other moms, including mom's of special needs kids. We'll have to try it!
@peachsmama I'm sorry to hear about your grandmother. I hope she's not in pain and can hold on.
Live blog...Our 12:30 showing appt showed up at 11:45; luckily the house was in pretty good shape, but I was still in my pjs! The realtor was put out and copped a 'tude--I think bc she looked like an idiot in front of her clients--so she asked if they could come back in 20 min. Still early, but I said that was fine. Naturally DH is at work today so I was on my own. Ten minutes later, they're cruising by the house again! I got us all loaded into the car in about 15...sorry folks, no fresh vacuum marks for y'all.
Two more showings this afternoon so we're hanging at my parents'...again. Good practice if we end up taking up residence!
Caroline has discovered squealing and it's so cute. Really loud, but cute. I think she's trying to drown out her big brother...Loud and Louder.

lfigge it's her "sassy" pose. She does it pretty often.
sweetpotato it's probably her height. She's so much taller then the kids her age that she looks older. But you should see her at gymnastics. The most timid unsure footed kid there. I may be the only mom who wants her kid to jump off things. But gymnastics is slowing building her confidence, so that's a plus!
Yesterday FIL told us he's going to say something to SIL (my deceased BIL's widow) because she's gained too much weight. Pete and I strongly encouraged him to just keep his mouth shut. When asked what on Earth he thought this would accomplish, "I think she should know. She needs to take better care of her health."
cagoldi sorry for the HFM and period from hell. And an lol/wtf to FIL but it doesn't surprise me...my not-delightful grandmother said stuff like that all the time. Her justification: "well, truth is truth and facts is facts". Olds lose their filter.
cagoldi my SIL has always been quite heavy (my brother's wife) and my mom ALWAYS talks about her and how heavy she is. A few years ago I told her to stop, that it made me uncomfortable and it wasn't nice. She said she was just discussing it out of concern for her health.
And HI! It has been a very long time since I've been on. Lots of stuff has happened like adjusting to life with 2 kids (newborns are no joke; still adjusting) then my mom passed away (not unexpected but it happened sooner than we thought it would). I spent the last few months focusing in enjoying my maternity leave. I went back to work in February and that was harder than I thought it would be.
LizInFL She showed up 45min early and didn't even try to give you a heads up or call to see if it was okay? She also had the nerve to have an attitude about it? Uh....sorry not sorry lady.
@httk1113 Sorry about your mom and that you are having a tough time adjusting after going back to work.
vinolove thanks for asking. I had a great time! And mh did fine. I got home around 10 and both kids were sleeping. Unfortunately that quiet only lasted till 11:45 and then B was up much of the night.

Yes! I was flabbergasted. I texted our realtor to let her know.
Apparently later yesterday she realized the appt WAS actually at 12:30 and not 11:45, so she called our realtor to apologize, and she and her clients were very complimentary of the house.
