FieryMama she looks much better. And look at that snow. Fx it's a one off and she can go to daycare tomorrow.
I hope so. It didn't seem to effect her at all today. Yes, snow left over from last week. That part of the yard doesn't get much sun so it is slowly melting away.
I really don't do well with my diet if I'm not being held accountable.

ampaints, how are you doing? I hope things are going okay.
I'm here, just kind of trudging along. I sent an email asking to change my thesis. As much as the topic was engaging to me, there just isn't the relevant research to back it up. So hopefully she'll approve the change, it will be really pushing to get it done, but I think it will be less stressful with the new topic. I've also got three tests between now and Friday week, the last one being huge and covering everything in my major 😮
On a good note M had his first speech therapy today, it went alright. We then went out to eat with my dad which was nice. My medical records have finally all made it to the surrogacy agency, so hopefully I'll be medically cleared next week and we can move on to the next steps.
@betweenthelines, he ped was impressed with his social skills and didn't seem bothered by his low vocab. We have been using signs, but I fear being too dependent on that.
The speech therapist told me that communication is communication and anything that encourages them to communicate (like sign language) is good. I asked if we should continue Juand she said definitely yes.
Sign language was just as much of a focus as speaking in M's therapy today.
She sent me an email. I'm waiting until I'm officially medically cleared before writing her back, but I have a few questions I'll be asking.
My new topic is related to depression and anxiety in women with infertility. I've got 9 articles to finish going through. Fx she gets back to me with a go ahead tomorrow.

ampaints sounds like a lot going on for you! I just want to say, that it's okay if there is so much going on to slow some things down. Andplusalso lots of hugs. GL on your tests!

I want to start a whole 30 too, but st pattys and Easter, perhaps May? Also i have been making a cake a week since I botched the frosting on dd's bd cake. This week will be gingerbread. I cant wait.
ampaints, I miss writing thesis papers. I never thought I'd say that while i was in the midst of them though. I learned so much from them. Depression sux, i may have too dig through my papers later, because i think i referenced a study that showed that treatment for depression actually helped patients with pcos.

I'm thinking of doing an April whole 30 if anyone is interested. Easter will fall in there, and I might knowingly cheat that day (which I know, makes it technically a Whole 30 fail) but better than nothing.
my diet is non existent at this point. as in my appetite hasn't come back since surgery so i just eat what i eat. i think next week i will get back to it and the gym. i need to start doing something so i can start feeling normal again. As i haven't felt like myself since the surgery. it's weird and i don't like it. lol

Oh and I was excited that E did not wake up with poop. First time in a week with the exception of Sunday. But then he pooped about 5 min later. Day 7 of diarrhea. Will it ever end?

Ugh, I'm sorry. Been there with both kids simultaneously. It's the worst. I think the longestvit ever took us to clear up was 2 weeks, but the resulting diaper rash took longer than that. Hope he's better soon!
