DD was watching Daniel Tiger this weekend, and the episode where DT gets a baby sister came on. DD stands on the couch and announces "I am going to buy a baby sister for me"

I'm getting so excited to tell her, although I know its going to be 7 months of "Mommy, where is the baby?"

aw too cute! I know my boys are going to be so excited when we tell them. They adore their baby brother. We plan on telling them once I hear a HB.

We told the toddler you're going to have a baby brother or sister to play with! So now when we say "are you going to have a baby?!" He says "play? With?" Lol

I'm sort of forcing myself to get excited and plan. When we lost our 4th I promised myself that if I were to ever get pregnant again I'd live in the moment.
But I get it, it's tough when it's so early. And especially since I'm not even feeling any symptoms yet.

I know nothing about twins and heredity. My friend has twin girls and I automatically assumed they ran in her family. Nope. I just hope I only have 1 in there.

My kid does not get it at all. I got her two books about being a big sister and she loves the books, still doesnt get the point. LOL.

I asked her if she was going to have a sister or brother and she said she will have a brother named Brother. So that's her guess. Points for creativity! Very youneek name.

DD said her baby will be named Helicopter.  Helicopter and Brother are definitely getting their asses kicked on the playground.

I just had Dibellas for lunch and now I'm sipping a vanilla latte and watching house hunters.

The kids will be home from school soon, and the toddler is asleep. Enjoying the silence before it gets crazy here.

We bought DS a baby doll to hopefully get him used to the idea. His name is "Two" (which is how old DS is lol) and he frequently gets thrown down the stairs. DS does enjoy feeding him a bottle though and that's pretty frickin adorable.

Yay that's so exciting! DH is coming to mine too, but will probably only stay for the ultrasound. My whole first appt is like 3 hrs long- US first, then meet with the nurse, then see my MW.

Hiii guys! I've had a pretty difficult work schedule recently so it's been hard to keep up, but I just had my first OB appt. I'm shocked how much everything has changed since I had DD in 2014

Your great grandmother and great aunt count towards possibility, your dad's brother's wife does not since it runs in maternal genes only. FX no sets of twins for you (if you dont want them).

I had a huge bleed with DS at 7 weeks, everything turned out just fine. I know it's next to impossible, but try not to worry.


Also I'm 2/2 so far on guessing my kids' sex. DS we were team green but I knew at 8 weeks that he was a redheaded boy. I knew at 19 weeks before our anat scan that DD was a girl.

No inkling yet with this one, but I will post a guess if/when I have the intuition. (I also knew I was pregnant for all 3 before the lines showed up).

I knew I was pregnant all three times prior to getting lines.

I didn't know before testing with any of my pregnancies. With DD, I was in a little place called Denial, DS I tested on a whim, and I was so used to mistaking PMS signs for pregnancy signs and only seeing one line with this that I was kind of set on it being another negative.

It went well! I was shocked at how far the genetic testing has come. I think if insurance covers it all, I'll end up doing it all.

I've also had 4 losses, so I'm to the point that even the first ultrasound doesn't make me excited. Even with the few people I've told that I'm KU, I follow it up with, "I'm not sure how to feel yet" because I can't quite deal with their excitement.

I'm sorry, I don't mean to suggest it's been easy for me. I've only know I've been pregnant for about 5 days and it's already been an emotional roller-coaster. I've just been reminding myself that today I am pregnant, and focusing on that.

I just spent roughly 2 hours searching for my wedding rings. I haven't worn them in about two weeks because they were making my finger itchy.

Well, about a week ago, my H replaced the knob on the box fan in our room with a knob from another fan. Of course, he put the broken knob on the bureau and left if there.

After hours of frantically searching and tearing apart my bedroom, I lifted up the broken knob, and there were my rings...

C has just gone down for a nap, which means my bed is calling. The house is a mess and I have probably 4 loads of washing to do, but hey, a nap sounds so much better. DH is day off tomorrow so he can help me sort out the house and put away the endless amount of washing that I need to do. I hate using the tumble dryer as it gets so hot in the kitchen but it's not nice enough weather to put anything outside yet!

The cats were curled into balls on our bed when I came into the bedroom... move your bums I need to sleep

I had some very light brown spotting this morning when I woke up. Nothing since so that's good. Trying not to spiral.

Have to take one of my cats to the vet this afternoon. Her bottom tooth is loose. No clue how that happened! She's not in any pain and is acting completely normal.

I'm getting my oil changed and two new tires, nodding and smiling like I know what I'm talking about.
