I don't know how we ever survived daycare. Getting him dressed, packing all of his food (following the rules), labeling all his crap, hauling diapers, crib sheet, extra clothes...tiring. Now I just throw an assortment of food in a bag for both of us, throw his clothes for the day in our bag and go. My biggest struggle is remembering his shoes because I throw him in the car from bed in his PJs.
I can't imagine doing it with 2. Drop off is tough without all of those extra rules.
I rarely see parents who have two children there so I may talk to the director to see if she can streamline anything because she may be losing the paying families to nannies or easier arrangements and they may need to adjust a bit.

You should suggest a reserved parking spot for parents dropping two. Then you could just take the kids in first and sign in (leave stuff in the car) and then run back in and drop their stuff.
Sometimes I feel like being a mom = pack mule 90% of the time.
That last part sounds like me mom2boxers. I have a rule that when getting the little out of the car, the big has to hold onto my leg. Yes, it requires awkwardly extending my leg with a child hanging onto it like a monkey, but at least I know where he's at.

N's seat is behind my seat, so I unbuckle her and then have her go wait at the other side inside the car while I go around and open the door to get the baby and then she gets out at the same time. I also do that when we get in the car, it's worked pretty good so far. She can also climb into her seat too so that is helpful too.

I've started doing this a few weeks ago I saw a mom doing it at Kroger lol
Yeah that would be nice. In Gs room I have to fill out a sheet with his name, date, last fed, pick up time and by whom. I loathe pick up and drop off.
Separate sheet per kid or one master sign in? If it's separate, can you get a stack of them and at least fill that out morning of in the car or way out your door? Not a huge help, but at least it would be one less thing to do once inside.

becole I was going to suggest doing this for C, then you could have him hop in first and out last so he's not trying to run away on the sidewalk.
That's so exciting babylove518 jealous!! I would like to build someday. But I really want to stay in west chester and idk how much open land there still is and within the budget we'd like.

This is pretty much our situation. Most new build opportunities are more like liberty township, which is just a little farther than we want to be. Even the established neighborhoods with more modern homes are a lot farther from the interstate. Buying another 30-40 yo house wasn't really my first choice, but the location won us over.

I have to sign the log for each kid which is the state requirement but for the infant room I basically start out his daily sheet with the info they need. But yeah I could take a stack and do this in the car.

mominthemaking14 I think we have 50mbps with fioptics. We usually have the following connected to the internet: smartphones, 1 chromebook type laptop, 1 laptop, and an xbox 1. We have relatively few issues, but I also feel like this all the tech available we don't run a bunch of devices. I'm not super tech savvy, but I think when you have stuff turned on, connected to the wifi, and are not using it, it will still use bandwith, and that will slow you down.

mrscatfarmer13 and vlagroupie thanks I became super raggy. I think it's hormones and being tired I appreciate the help. Off to figure it out. We have TWC switched from CinBell

What time of day is it slowing down? Also, some devices can be hogs. My laptop can suck up the bandwidth and make DH's iPad go super slow. If you're on a phone or iPad, make sure your software is up to date. I was running old IOS on my iPad and it wouldn't connect until I downloaded the new version.
Hmm I'll have to check generally around 5-8... I need to do some googling. We have an extender and all that jazz. I may need to make sure all the devices that are not in use are turned off...

We keep the iPad and kindle fire on airplane mode because I have his movies downloaded to them and I only turn it on wifi to do updates when it's charging and then back off. We watch movies on Netflix and have a hard time if everyone's on laptops and cell phones and we have an extender too. We have 30 internet though. We probably need 60 but it's a lot more.

5-8 is the worst time of the day since everyone is getting home from work. Do your speed test in a non-busy time and then during the times you're having an issue. If it works great during the off-peak time, it's most likely the time of day.
Is your WiFi secured?
Yea that's what I'm thinking now that I'm off my hormone high lol and yes its secure.
