Just doing ok. I've lost around 10 pounds since the beginning of the year and I'm maintaining, but I'd like to lose more. Diet hasn't been great the last few weeks. I think we are going to do another Whole30 after spring break to get back on track. I'm thinking about swim lessons for J this summer so I'll have to be in the pool with him and then Hawaii in December.

I was just thinking we need a healthy mama's check in today! We just had DS's birthday party yesterday, and now that it's over I really want to focus on me a little bit! I started taking a couple classes at the gym a few weeks ago, but skipped last week. My goal is to take two classes per week and run three times per week for the month of April. I also need to clean up my diet but it's so bad right now that I don't even know where to start. Well that's not entirely true, I think a good place to start is to stop drinking calories every day! Would anyone be interested in doing a Couch to 5K check-in? I'd really like to make that my goal.

I've gained a good 7 lbs since before the holidays. It sucks, but we also lived in a hotel for a month. I have a lot of work to do. I need to start counting calories, drinking water, and exercising more. I tried a stroller strides class and want to do that twice a week, but my kids are on spring break this week, so it needs to wait until next week. I can still do the bike though in the house or a Jillian Michaels workout. I really need to do something daily because trying on clothes/bathing suit tops yesterday was a nightmare.
