I sorta had a binge session after I finished country heat.it lasted several days and gained like 2-3 lbs.
I restarted core de force last week and did surprisingly well with eating while on vacation. I brought my own breakfast and lunch so I'd only need to eat out once per day. Plus that saved money as our hotel didn't have free breakfast (except for kids under 2).
I've been back on the eating better train for a week. Feeling good.
My goals are to keep up the mindful eating and do my workouts
My studio is doing a March madness challenge to take 21 classes in 30 days. I can't participate, but it's also preventing me from signing up for classes because they're all full. Womp womp.

I'm still a little sore from Sunday's half marathon. I'm trying to stay on track though, with eating and exercising. I've signed up for a 3 hour spin-a-thon on March 30th, and then I have halfs on April 30th and May 20th.
This week, I took it easy yesterday. I plan to do yoga tonight, a spin class Wednesday, and an easy 3 miles on Thursday. Swimming laps on Saturday and we'll see how I feel about a longer run on Sunday.
I think I am going to start tracking what I eat/ counting calories to try to help with weight loss.
I have been killing it with my spin workouts.. Fast forward to today.. I feel so crampy and I am awaiting AF's visit. Maybe I'll just do arms and call it a night.
Mon wed fri 20 minute hiit dvd with weight. I have switched to black coffee on weekdays. Totally skipped last week,oops. I had a four week streak.
I started drinking my coffee black when I did the 21 day fix last year. Now I would not drink it any other way. I even order regular coffee at Starbucks
So bad the last few weeks. Last week because of snow. This week just seems to be interrupted my things that need done. I went Monday and did my legs and 25 minutes on the elliptical. Hoping to go again tomorrow. Need to get back on track all the way around.
Has anyone done the bottle of water with apple cider vinegar and lemon juice thing?
I do. Sometimes I don't add the lemons juice. I think it helps with colds (HAHAHAHAHAHA I've pretty much been congested for 6 weeks) and it helps keep me regular (and by that I mean poop).
Do you drink it in the morning or at night? I have seen people swear it works better at night, but read it is best first thing in the morning.

FieryMama, I don't do it regularly now (maybe I should though!) but when I used to often have really bad acid reflux I did it, and it seemed to work to prevent it/ stop it.
