In other news, DS1 threw a rock in the air and it of course landed on his head. The rock was slightly smaller than my fist. He cried for less than a minute and has a huge knot on his head and forehead. He is acting normal but I am incredibly paranoid about a possible concussion. The thought of bedtime is scaring me. Should I keep him up? Sleep in his room with him? Am I being irrational? Dh seems to think all is fine and we shouldn't worry unless he's dizzy and/or vomits. Ugh. I hate stressing about my babies.
Operation: Stop the Screaming has commenced. I have DD2 swaddled, and I'm nursing her in the dark, pretending like it's 10pm already. I have no illusions about this, but wish me luck 😳
This is exactly what I'm doing right now! Mh is downstairs making me a drink because this evening was loud and awful.
heybulldog56 +1 to everything opheliainwaders said. Outside swelling is good. Watch for vomiting and confusion. I might keep him up a little later because I'm extra like that.

lakegirl, when we got to the entrance of the doctors office, my big girl started yelling "I don't want to go in there!". And as I was checking in, the receptionist joked "we have a runner!" as she was trying to escape.
