I can't get my kid out of her crib. She just keeps flopping over and screaming "lay down" whenever I try to pick her up. I'm too busy coughing up my lungs to deal with this.

Good morning! I have a busy day. MH has to stop at his job to do something quickly. Then when he gets home I have to get ready to go to the dr. After the dr I have to go to work. Today I discuss with my dr the possibility of taking out my IUD. 😳
WWM15D: C wears 2t now and depending on brand can wear a 3t although it's a little big yet.
Do I buy the majority of her spring and summer clothes in 3t? Or do 3t and 4t?
I will be paying attention to this. I am having the same problem. A few of her pjs are 3T but most of her clothes are 2T but they just fit. 3T is still a little big. I have no idea what to buy.

I am dealing with this too but J is still not quite in 2T. Well. He is for shirts but not pants. Dude has his dads long torso and shorter legs. I'll likely get him 2T for everything but I am afraid the shorts won't stay up. Drawstrings and adjustable waists will be mandatory here.

Abigail is still in 18 months now but I have been buying mostly 24 months for the summer. I do have several 18 and 18-24 month items though. She can size up in shirts easily but those bigger pants just fall right off her. I had the same issue with my son. He was always a size up in t-shirts but I but I had to buy a smaller size in shorts/pants. I think that it is easy to get away with the smaller size in shorts because you don't have to worry about having high waters. The adjustable waistband always worked better than drawstrings for us but both are definitely a must when you have skinny butts.
DH just let me know we have an appointment to sign the papers for the camper tomorrow morning at 9am, the place is an hour and 15 min away.....sometimes he doesn't think!
I feel so badly for my poor baby this week. She has been dealing with the flu and was finally better and able to attend school today. Just in time for picture day. But then this happened....
She fell face first on concrete. My heart aches for her.
I gave C his typical breakfast of cheerios and fruit. He didn't finish the cheerios, as per usual.
11:30 rolls around and I am finally getting myself something to eat- cheerios because lazy and hungry. C whined for it, but I was firm and told him that this is mommy's food, not his. I offer an apple; he refuses this kindness and puts it back on the kitchen counter. OK kid, your problem.
Yet, here I sit, feeding my toddler from my bowl so he will STFU. All the while, his half eaten dish of the same food sits across the table, mocking me.
To top it off, after finishing the last bites of my cereal he went to the kitchen, got the apple, crawled up on the couch and started eating it.
When this kid gets older and makes his own breakfast, I am going to steal it from him every morning. I will have my revenge!

Well. Looks like we're moving. DH can't handle the stress of our money situation (we're fine but don't have as much flexibility as we used to) and he resents me for "pressuring him" into buying this house.
I'm not overly attached to the house so whatever but I'm not sure where this will have us end up or what we will be able to afford. Real estate here is absolutely insane so I think we'll have to downsize.

I'm not understanding why it's solely his decision that you're moving?

It's not. At all. I agree with him that it would be better to be spending less on housing and have more money to devote to other things (in our current situation we cannot afford any more children for example). I am just struggling with where we will end up/be able to afford anything comparable to what we have without it increasing my commute time, which is also an issue.
honda13 ,congrats lady, so happy for you!I had a feeling when you mentioned about her asking about your mat leave. I thought even though wildly inappropriate she was trying to get her plan in place for when you are out!
