waitwhat We totally have the "up a million times when first put down to bed" thing. Trying to put them down later didn't help us. It's been ~2 weeks but I *think* it's getting better. I can't tell bc last night we lost power and everything here was inconsistent.
Ugh, I'm sorry. Totally understand not wanting to wake B though.
What time do you put J down for the night? We were having a similar issue with D (waking every 30-45 minutes from 7:30-11 or 12 even) and the only thing that helped was moving her bedtime later. Idk if that would work for you but maybe worth a try?
His last nap is usually around 5pm so by 7:30-8 he's pretty tired. I cold try to move the bedtime but this has only been an issue the past 3 nights. Before this, he was down at 7:30-8 and I wouldn't hear from him until around 4! So I'm hesitant to change anything but if this becomes the new normal I may give that a shot. I like both kids in bed at a reasonable time for my sanity 😜
I hear you. I wish D went to bed earlier. We've successfully moved her up to ~8:30 (used to be 9:30) but that still gives me very little time in the evening to myself.
starbuck27 I'm with you for bedtime. I start E by 7 and on a good night can be down before 8 and O also starts at 7 and is down by 730. Occasionally he lays in bed awake until 8.
