@peachsmama oh no, I'm so sorry to hear about the dog bite! I know you'll have no trouble getting caught up--you've been a rockstar this whole challenge!
I did Day 57 yesterday. The new format is interesting haha. Hoping to combine Days 58 and 59 today so I'll be good and ready for the fit test tomorrow!

I did day 86 of 5.0. I finish this week. Maybe I will pick up where you girls are next week. I don't need to go back to day 1 but I want to keep working out.

Day 60 fit test is done! A day late because I rested yesterday.
Results (with change from Day 45):
Speed squats - 58 (+1) Pushups - 28 (+3) Mountain Climbers - 89 (+7) Right lunge - 65 (+12) Left lunge - 66 (+13) High knees - 74 (no change) Tricep dips - 45 (+2) Plank - 80 seconds (+20)
I am not sure how I will beat these scores in the last 2 fit tests lol--I feel like I am going soooo fast and couldn't possibly eke out any more reps in 50 seconds! But I guess we'll see
I just got finished with Days 61 and 62. I was sweating like crazy! I think the fit test yesterday took more out of me than I thought. Bring on Week 10!
Week 8 done. Gonna do 1 week 9 now them 2 tomorrow and 3 on Sunday. My grandma got really sick this week and passed away Thursday so I got more behind. But I'll start week 10 right!
