Things that are bothering me....anyone else?

my apologies in advance for the vent....In no particular order...
1.) My hair is falling out and the texture is strange/off after this miscarriage. Yuck.
2.) My skin is breaking out like I'm a teenager. Sigh.
3.) I gained a few grief pounds (way too much chocolate!) and lost strength and endurance after my D+C recovery, and therefore need to kick my own butt into gear again.
4.) Several friends who got pregnant around the same time as me are making pregnancy/gender reveal announcements, and while I want to be happy for them, it just makes me so sad and jealous.
5.) I feel like a crap friend for not being happy for them.
6.) Those who know about my loss immediately check in with me after hearing someone else's positive pregnancy news. They are so sweet, but I hate being the sad second thought.
7.) I simultaneously can't wait to feel "normal" and am frustrated by the fact that almost nobody seems to expect me to still feel sad or not be myself. 
8.) I realize that I'm putting people in my life into a "damned if you do and damned if you don't" situation when addressing my loss. I want to stop it! 

Can an anyone relate to any or all of these feelings? I'm hoping by letting these thoughts out here I can start to work past them.

followthesun I'm so sorry you are feeling so down, but please know that all of your emotions are completely normal. It's very hard after a loss to not be jealous and sad at our friends who get to experience a healthy pregnancy the first time trying. I had to speak to a couple of friends about my feelings so that they understood that although I'm happy for them, I am not able to fully participate in their pregnancy, to protect myself. If the announcements are happening on Facebook, you should definitely think about hiding anyone who is pregnant or in any way will be a trigger to you. Right now it is all about protecting and taking care of yourself. Take as long as you need to grieve, and please be gentle with yourself. It took me a long time to feel "normal" again, and sometimes I still have bad days, and on those days I lean on my DH, my BFF, my parents and sister, they hold me when I cry and listen when I need to vent. Surround yourself with a good support group, you will come out of this, but don't rush your grieving time! Huge (((hugs)))

This was the WORST. I never ever in my life from the first day I got my period EVER used a pad and that drove me crazy after my losses. Best of luck sister, I feel ya.

This is me too! I feel like I am wearing a diaper.

I hear you, it is so frustrating to have the double whammy of physical and emotional pain and frustrations.
chiapet, the damn pads are making me crazy. So unpleasant.

The damn pads.. I may as well have worn Depends. I had to wear the extra super duper night time pads all day. So damn big I had to walk with my legs all bowed out. I'm sure I looked ridiculous lol

@sarahwithah I'm not sure if this is something Dr's have different recommendations on but mine said I could for my first AF.

I still wore a pad the first one though, I was paranoid that there may be a little bit left that needed to get out. The tampons can restrict that.

I can relate to ALL of them. Unfortunately. Sorry you are experiencing them.

I was told nothing goes in my vagina for 3 weeks. That included tampons.
